      Experience count doesn’t matter. How much technical knowledge that you have is matters.

    This video is not reflecting the reality of current situation.
    1) Unemployment rate doesn't count alien workers.
    2) Though there are jobs, competition is too much, employers knows this. For example Java fullstack opening post in linkedin getting minimum 300+ applications in 15 mins.

    • @TeluguVlogsUSASiva
      @TeluguVlogsUSASiva  22 дня назад

      People always submit lots of applications not now same goes to before Covid as well. Just because you see more submissions that doesn’t mean there is competition. There are lots of people they don’t even qualify for the specific job will they apply.
      Are you working in USA ?
      What visa you are in ?
      How many years of experience you have ?
      How along you are working in USA ?

      This is same in India or USA . Even in India now a days for any open position there are over 100+ applicants with in few hrs . It's the same there too in USA.

      @@TeluguVlogsUSASiva My colleague Fullstack developer waiting for job since more than 45 days. Getting interviews screening, L1, L2 cleared but client round is not being scheduled. Also these days jobs are offered to local candidates with local state ID as proof, especially in TX, NC. Market is not good everyone is acknowledging that, my suggesting is don't give false hopes to people who are not in USA

      @@jaganryali7687 First and foremost thing, I clearly mentioned only people with technical knowledge are getting Jobs. Just because a person is working that doesn't mean he / she is strong. How do you know whether your college is strong developer or not. Even if he/ she is strong do you know how they answer in the Interview? There are lot of reasons for not getting Job in USA. Also, you saying L1, L2 etc meaning he/ she is not applying out side of certain vendors.

      @@TeluguVlogsUSASiva If clearing the interviews(confirmed by interviewer) doesn't define if strong or not then i'm not sure which measure we can use. Myself also Java developer, most of rounds consists of programming questions with architectural discussions. If you see lot of openings / jobs why can't you create a linkedin group or something and point your viewers to it instead of just saying there are openings

      Let me tell you something. I m contractor not full time employee. Na last project December lo finish ayindi. I got two offers in January and selected one that said 100% remote and working now. I m working in USA completely 12+years as contractor and I faced all the scenarios. I m not trying to escape. Tell me your experience ? Did you search for job in last 1 year? If so what’s the technology? If it’s full stack developer you can get job within a month. I can bet on that only if you have technical knowledge. I know Teksystems recruiters and I can directly refer right away.

      @@TeluguVlogsUSASiva appreciate your honesty. I have 8+ yrs exp. I was in job search for almost 5 months last year till I landed in a full time data science position. I am still seeing the market brutality towards many aspirants. It's not talent or skills. Its all about luck. Even a Google employee can't tell why he is laid off or a fresh graduate can't tell why he got a job. That is how market is right now. I know an IIT-B computer science grad with "patents", graduated from UC San Diego..interned at Meta and now searching for a job past 1 year. Is he less qualified than an average masters grad..?
      That's why I told you don't know the reality happening in the market. It's all luck. And I don't see market is getting any better.
