I just used the Mielle oil consistently for the last two months while I had braids and I am shocked by how my thick my hair is. Even my hairdresser was surprised when we removed the braids. It’s a thickness at the roots that I haven’t had for at least 15 years. I guess am now a believer lol.

Congrats to Trieu for completing the Brighton Marathon🎉! That is a huge accomplishment! I’d love to learn more about his training & what the marathon course was like. Next time Noorie should run with you or at least tag along to cheer and motivate you, especially toward the end of the race when it’s the hardest & you’ve hit a wall.

I can't tell the twins apart. When they were saying each other's names. I didn't know which one they were talking about without one saying admitting to it.
