    This series is absolutely fantastic and criminally under-appreciated. I hope you get the following that you deserve. Also, please keep making these! I would love to see another set of these come out delving deeper in the 40k lore.

    Your history, the way you present it, introducing a Primark and then telling his backstory as he shows up. The order in which you have decided to tell the story it's great man. It can be complicated but you laid it out very nicely and it's really fun to listen to, so thank you for making this. I painted a miniature while I listen to it. It's great. You did a great job!

    Loved this series. Amazing job condensing years of lore into 40 videos.
    All the folks complaining in the comments about pronunciation are hilarious lol

      Yes, you are correct. That is the only mention. What we have said about them is all that there really is to say, unfortunately.

    In Games workshop own website, it’s called C’tan. Not Ker-tan.
    As always, great job.

      Well, unfortunately, that is not what they are saying in their article on pronunciation in White Dwarf (December 2019) where it is ker-TAN. The article was written by Phil Kelly, the Warhammer Studio's senior background writer, specifically to lay out what the "official" pronunciation is. Of course, even he said it would only add fuel to the fire of arguments. I suppose he was right:) However we're using Phil Kelly's guidance on this, until they change it again or further clarify.

    What's the deal with this channel - are you guys part of Games Workshop or like licensed by them or something? You deserve way more views than you have.

    It's "necrontyr", not "n'crayon'tier" or "n'krahn'tier"
    It's "Terra", not "Terror"
    It's "C'tan", not "ker-tann"
    I like your stuff but this shit has to stop. You're 36 in and there isn't an excuse anymore

    • @ravenrockentertainment5072
      @ravenrockentertainment5072  4 года назад +15

      I'm sorry, you're incorrect. Please see White Dwarf December 2019 pg. 11 for the Ker-tann pronunciation of C'tan which is now official and yes, we agree, is not what we would have chosen. Terra is said correctly with the speaker's Northeastern American accent; it is not mispronunciation it is accent. Necrontyr is also said correctly. Necrontyr is pronounced Necron-tir which is exactly what is said. If you are ultimately objecting to the speaker's accent again with that word, we are sorry you dislike it, but it won't change.

    • @NecrosAcolyte

      @@ravenrockentertainment5072 "it's official" no it isn't, learn how apostrophes work. And no, it isn't an accent, it's lazy enunciation.

    • @ravenrockentertainment5072
      @ravenrockentertainment5072  4 года назад +11

      @@NecrosAcolyte Yes, it is official and is in the White Dwarf issue mentioned at the page mentioned. You can go see it if you choose. If you dislike it, take it up with Games Workshop. As was said, not the choice we would have made. As to the rest, believe whatever you like.
