- In this video, I have discussed about how I got 'My Canada STUDY VISA after 1 REFUSAL' for September intake. I made a total of 6 changes in my Canada visa Reapplication and all the REFUSAL REASONS and CHANGES are explained in detail.
All the REFUSAL REASONS and CHANGES I made in Reapplication are explained in detail. In my Refusal letter / Correspondence letter, two refusal reasons were mentioned:
1. 'You will not leave Canada after studies', which is same as 'Your purpose of visit is not reasonable'
2. The motivation to pursue this program is irrelevant

Can I change course in senca I took chemical leb technician but I refused due to course so for next intake can I change coures
Yes you can. Check the eligibilty requirements for the new course and send an email to Seneca asking for deferment and a new LOA.

No need to highlight about the refusal from other countries in your sop.

I have the same profile as yours. Got 2 refusals due to course irrelevancy.
Now I'm opting for Project Management.
So can I opt for Project management alone or it should be Project management with IT only?
Depends. If you have work exp in IT field, go for Project Mgmt IT as it will be easier to relate and justify. Otherwise, choose the generic one.

Should we go for only SOP or provide both Letter of Justification and fresh SOP in case of second time?
Its upto you. Either Loe+ sop or sop with refusal reason explanation. I always explain the refusal reasons in the sop itself for my clients btw.
I got refusal and the reason is the purpose of study in Canada is not consistent with temporary period of stay...
What does it mean?
My last education is master in banking and insurance 57.75% in 2018
3 + year as finance and accounts executive
And applied for strategic global business management in Conestoga.

Its a generic refusal reason.
Your course seems irrelevant to me. Should have taken something related to financial planning or accounting which matches your work exp.

I have seen visa's as well as rejections for this thing. It will be a little bit tricky, depends on how well you justify the domain change in your sop.

Apka vedio dekha to ek point k liye apki guidance jaruri lagi. Mere bete ka Visa es mahine refused hua h , home country vspas nahi jaoge ye reason h .
Reapply karna h sop check karvana h ar me retired hu ar income tax returns attach nahi kiye the kuki agent ne income jyada show kari h. To ab kya kare abhi 2 din me reapply karna h.

Would you please clarify or make detailed video for the rules of fees refund from college. Because, I don't have enough money to pay total fees and GIC. If I am apply loan from bank and pay fees and then I get visa rejection and reapply what would the scenario? I have to pay interest throught out year which I am not studing and does it worth? Please clarify if possible for you?
How to same myself from this loss?
If you dont have enough money, you can pay only first sem fees and apply in NON sds category. And Gic is also not compulsory in non sds.

What was the need to change the course? Ibm and Gbm are almost same courses.

Because I got two time rejection with one course and I am also planning to change.
And I have 2 years of experience in IT field. So I am confuse how to explain change of course.
Dont mention too much about your previous course selection in your new sop. Focus more on explaining how the new course will relate to your future plans and jobs in India.

Project Management is a generic course. Becomes easy to link with all sorts of profiles having different backgrounds. Your course looks good, rest depends on how you explain your refusal reasons.

Does visa officer reads old sop ? As earlier we had applied for totally different along with sop in which we had already told that how much important role this program will play in our career....long story short does visa officer think that earlier applicant was saying this and now he is saying this... it may come in his mind that applicant just want to enter in Canada?
See, I also changed my course after getting refused, and its a common thing. The way you explain your refusal reason and course change reason is more important in reapplication. At the end, your course should align properly with your career goals and there should be a progression in your studies.

Jeweller ceritificate Attach na krne se acha hai ki attach krdo. Very few people attach this. Other option is ki ca ko bol ke upto 5 lacs tak gold value show kr skte ho ca report mein.

Yes. And make sure to highlight this point in your sop. It will help you justify your ties to family, especially your parents.

I have completed Msc(IT) in 2018 and have experience of 3 yrs as software developer...now i want to have specialication in cybersecurity....can i apply for further study in this course?
Yes, cybersecurity is relevant for IT professionals with work exp. My friend also got visa for a cybersecurity program in Concordia Uni. He was having 2 years work exp as an Analyst in IT domain.

Since you have already completed diploma, choose an undergrad degree program UG. Visa chances will be more in this.

12th percentage is good, No gap, band score is also fine. You should go for healthcare management or administration course.

Hlo sir. I got refusal just bcz 5.5 band score in one module and that time my agent also gave me a social service worker course.Is it was relavant with medical stream?
Yeah, it is related to the medical stram. I have seen people get visa in this course. You need to improve your band score first and then draft a strong sop.
Btw, healthcare management programs are preferred by medical students.

I got Refusal with hotel resort and restaurant management course
Reason =the purpose of you stay is not consistent with temporary stay given the details you have provided in you application.
1year course fees and gic paid with ITr Worth 8 lakh
What should i do??????
I handled a similar case and the main issue is the overlap of subjects in this course. Most of the subjects that you've studied in hotel mgmt are similar to what you're going to study in this course.
So, you need to draft a strong sop explaining why you want to study this course after graduation.

Might be due to your course selection and the way you explained it in your sop. Bachelor of arts program is a common choice for arts students btw.
my friend from my same class got hi visa for the same course and same college so i dont think course might be an issue

Ibm is irrelevant with your prev academic background. Go for IT/engg. Related courses if u dont have work exp. If you have work exp, then only go for Project Management course.
