I highly recommend these. When having the doors off, you tend to rest yiu foot on the door sill. Without any protection, you will have the tendancy to rub off the paint.
I bought these for my JL and the lip that goes over the pinch seam causes a clear air gap when the door is closed, which I'm sure is making the interior louder but also a huge concern for water crossing.
I had exactly the same experience. I could see points of light coming from under the doors. And yes, I measured carefully to make sure they were properly positioned on my ‘21.
Jeep's is a $125 option if getting mopar black plastic door door guards from the factory. If ordering the mopar entry guards from quadratec they are $90. If ordering quadratec brand version, as seen in the video, they are only $39. And the quadratec version covers allot more of the door entry, like the raised lip. I'd totally get these over the mopar. Only thing i don't really like is the branding in center, but can't blame them for being proud of their product. If ordering from jeep with vehicle purchase it says "GLADIATOR" on their guards.
What about the door sealings? Which protections would you suggest to make sure that no water leaks when fording thru rivers? Mopar or Quadratec??? Does it make any diference?
they look really good......but, to say they won't interfere with the door seals is fine for people that don't use their jeep. But you can't tell me they seal the same, because when I'm driving through water up past the bottom of the door, those seals keep the water out. If I didn't dive my Jeep as hard as I do, I would most likely buy these or similar. Thanks for the vid.

There are exactly what I need for my scuffed door sills--just ordered them!
Thanks for the video. Installing the set in my 4 door 2018 Wrangler Rubicon JL was a breeze.

To bad they are out of stock, right now, for my 2021 4 door wrangler.

Will winter salt and dirt get caught underneath those sill guards? I would be concerned if it gets trapped underneath all winter.
The tape doesn't seal completely around the cover, you should be able to rinse away any road grime and winter salt during normal washing.

Still not in stock....date keeps getting pushed back.
These seem better than OEM. Too bad they don't have the "GLADIATOR" written on them.
What steps/sliders are those and do you have them for the jt

@@jasonwilliamson9603 Yes absolutely! Thanks, just fixed that typo!
Do they make them for JK
Yes, head to quadratec website. And make sure to put the filter on jk/jku. I have them on mine.
