ये कंपनी कस्टमर के साथ धोका कर रही है।।। एक सिटी में १ वर्ष शो रम रखती है।।। इसके बाद शोरूम बंद कर देती है क्योंकि १ वर्ष में ही इसकी बैटरी ख़राब हो जाती है।।

1 महीने में main MCB switch ख़राब हुआ,65 दिन के बाद चार्जर खराब हुआ, वारंटी में चार्जर 12 दिन के मिला, 12 दिन तक स्कूटी धूल खाती रही, 2 महीने का बाद ही शॉक absorber से खड़ खड़ की आवाज़ आने लगी, चार्जर और शॉक अब्सोरबर खराब क्वालिटी का है

Don't dear to buy this scooter. With in two to three months you'll get battery issue. No proper service. Body also too delicate. I hope He is just promoting and he don't know about this scooter very well. If you buy you'll regret. Suffering so many peoples after buying, not belive my words just check other buyers reviews.

ईट्रांस नीयो 1 महीने में main MCB switch ख़राब हुआ,65 दिन के बाद चार्जर खराब हुआ, वारंटी में चार्जर 25 दिन के बाद मिला, 25 दिन तक स्कूटी धूल खाती रही, 2 महीने का बाद ही शॉक absorber से खड़ खड़ की आवाज़ आने लगी, चार्जर और शॉक अब्सोरबर खराब क्वालिटी का है
सभी कॉमेंटेटर को मेरा धन्यवाद। अच्छा हुआ की आप सब लोग मेरे को सावधान कर दिए। में तो सोच रहा था ऐ गाड़ी लेने की, मगर बिलकुल नहीं। अभी मेरे को सब पता चला की वीडियो मे जो दिखता असल मे ओ नही।

Agar koi apni Hard earn money is par lagata hai to ye umiid karta hai ki ye kam se kam 5 years tak capital nature ki expenses nhi karvaiyegi
Abhi isme company ko battery me R&D karne ki jarurat hai taki sale boost ho sake or apni customer service bhi

Under warranty policy if you charger is not in working condition then charges will not be replaced charger will be repaired by company so you have to wait for 25 to 30 days, no charging means no running scooty

PURE EV कंपनी नई है, शोरूम नया है, और मेकेनिक भी नए है, मैकेनिक को अनुभव की कमी है, सर्विसिंग कराने के बाद etrance neo स्कूटी में वाइब्रेशन और आवाज़ बड़ गया, मैकेनिक को स्कूटी खोलना और फिट करना भी नहीं आता, शोरूम में कंपनी का पार्ट्स अवेलेबल नहीं रहता , शोरूम वाले लोकल मार्केट से लो क्वालिटी का सामान खरीद कर स्कूटी में डालते है और बिलिंग में चार पट रेट लगाकर जीएसटी लगा कर पैसे वसूलते है

Dear Sir,
I am a frustrated customer of Pure EV. Despite repeated requests for repairing my battery, which is under warranty, the service center EBox Motors in Delhi is not responding to my calls. Last Saturday, I visited the showroom with my battery, but they refused to assist, stating that their technician is on leave.
Additionally, the battery level shows 70%, but the vehicle stops and does not start again. I have to recharge it fully to make it run. I showed it at the showroom in Dilshad Garden, and they said the voltage is dropping and told me they would put it in their machine to correct the issue. However, this has not been done till now. The technician is on leave for the whole month.
Since June 28th, I have been trying to resolve this problem, but it remains unresolved. They have not provided a replacement battery to use in the meantime.
I am wondering how this business can run with this kind of service. Please take the necessary action to resolve this issue at the earliest possible.
