What is the full 0-100 charging time in pure ev 7g max
I am a frustrated customer of Pure EV. Despite repeated requests for repairing my battery, which is under warranty, the service center EBox Motors in Delhi is not responding to my calls. Last Saturday, I visited the showroom with my battery, but they refused to assist, stating that their technician is on leave.
Additionally, the battery level shows 70%, but the vehicle stops and does not start again. I have to recharge it fully to make it run. I showed it at the showroom in Dilshad Garden, and they said the voltage is dropping and told me they would put it in their machine to correct the issue. However, this has not been done till now. The technician is on leave for the whole month.
Since June 28th, I have been trying to resolve this problem, but it remains unresolved. They have not provided a replacement battery to use in the meantime.
I am wondering how this business can run with this kind of service. Please take the necessary action to resolve this issue at the earliest possible.

I bought pure ev's neo etrance one year back and used it only for 4 months then the whole battery was compliant and still the vechicle is sitting in the showroom there is no information from the company or the showroom. It has come and no service is trying to replace the battery
Similarly, my 5 friends are also compliant and the situation is the same
When I went to the showroom, there are about 65 vehicles with the same compliance and no service is trying to replace the battery.

Pure EV is a fraud company. I have epluto 7G it's battery has been faulty since day 1 . After 1 year it has range of only 20 km per charge.And now after 2 years battery is absolutely dead. Company didn't change my battery although it had 3 years warranty. The showroom is gone now from where I bought.
It's a headache don' t believe me try to contact the company or distributers once from details provided in website.

First visit the service centre of this bike and wr service are getting done
Next just try to speak with old bike owners
Then ull get to know what's the company doing
