Each of us is different genetically and if someone's body is already ill (the walking disabled) and sensitive to chemicals, the drugs might not be able to be tolerated. I lived and worked a relatively normal life (until I became disabled finally from a long-term chronic condition) while being sensitive to chemicals, including almost all drugs.
