Kevin is one of the best interviewers out there. Some of them don't know the characters & ask pointless questions, but not Kevin. I love it that he can get nerded out not only by actors, movies & characters, but by the cinematic aspects of the filming. We take the shots for granted, but to hear about the effort & detail it takes to give us these breathtaking scenes is really illuminating.
I love all the in-depth questions you ask. You really care about the behind the scenes of the film making process.

Love love love Kevin McCarthy’s interview skills, questions and knowledge about the films and stars he’s interviewing about. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an entertainment reporter get such good genuine answers out of celebrities before where they are not just giving same-o same-o answers. Truly engaging fun to watch and if he keeps this up he could seriously have his own talk show someday! 💯🔥🔥🔥👏🏾

Omg thank you so much for the questions you asked, I really appreciated the details about those sequences stunt and camera wise! And you snuck in a nod to Nolan hahaha! I wish either Tom or Chris could have talked about the actual stunt of Tom getting hit by the car, I can't tell if it was because it was too complicated to talk about or because there was a blend of digital magic plus the camera magic that they didn't want to lessen the stunt. (Not that it would, it's still the point of the movie where I'm most scared for Ethan!!)

@@airjawcruz mmmmm I've watched every BTS vid for MI6, though there's an extensive "making of" for the Paris sequence they don't show that one particular stunt of him being hit and flying off the bike. I've realized it's probably not a practical stunt

why ving rhames is always missing????? no interview? he played a very crucial role in MI and he is the only actor after tom cruise to be part of all MIs. then why he never joined the cast for interviews even at premiers???????

I really love this movie and I absolutely love all the crazy stunts in it...but it feels like once it becomes a focal point of the entire marketing strategy it starts to feel forced and almost fake at times...as if actors and director are afraid or uncomfortable to talk about anything that wasn't done entirely practically but maybe had some CGI...like I think Tom genuinely avoided the bike crash question so as to not mention at all the use of cgi and McQuarrie just said there was "movie magic" but he had to emphasize there was an impact. Henry took it the best seeing as he had to talk about how he did not do his own stunt in a movie that is mostly known for it...It's just when you talk about it so much, it almost becomes annoying, like almost anything else.
Henry didn’t do the HALO jump... He wasn’t licensed to be able to do that part! I love Henry’s enthusiasm though. I love Ving Rhames too! I agree that Henry with the beard and mustache works because everyone with dark hair can’t be clean-shaven. You don’t want your actors to have similar names (unless it’s part of a twist) and you don’t want your actors to look too similar; one will normally be blonde or red-hair or grey.
