Can we get these officers tested for steroids as I do honestly believe this is in part the reason behind the aggression. Of course this aggression is disproportionately directed towards ethnic minorities but I’ve experienced similar myself on a number of occasions…

@@donttrip8282 I’m referring to the overly aggressive nature of police these days. I’m white and have been roughed up by the police more than once with no chargers ever being brought against me. How do we explain that as race couldn’t have been the motive…
The same question has been asked in the US too and there was a campaign for officers to face mandatory testing for steroids. The police refused…

@@donttrip8282 Just a POI. If you’re taking steroids for bulking up muscle, it’s difficult not to gain quite a bit of fat as well.
I used to live in a country where it was easy to get illegal drugs. I had a mate - a gay guy who really wanted to cultivate the “butch gay” image - who started bodybuilding with steroids. He was really proud of his rapidly growing muscles, but he was oblivious to the rapidly expanding spare tyre around his waist.
The donut shape is not an indicator the guy wasn’t on steroids.

This is a rogue cop and I am sure he ll be sacked and end up with a criminal record. The way he behaved was thuggish and unacceptable, I feel for his victims. However most Police are decent people doing an increasingly difficult job and people who are outraged by these incidents should try to remember this.
There are very few PO's who have not been assaulted in the course of doing their job.
Incidentally I am not a cop nor am I connected to the Police in any way.
Remember society cannot function as we know it without a Police force. Yes there will be some bad apples as in any profession and they will be in all levels of the Police. But the VM are hard working decent people.
You’re not a cop. Bring up some statistics mate. That would help your point. Don’t just feel like POs are assaulted. Plus isn’t that their job, to go in and apprehend criminals. You don’t hear firefighters go rogue on the people who’s homes burned down if they get burned putting out the fire. Where’s the logic?
