It was very heart-felt listening to Rob. He was hurting and keeping composure. I feel for you both. But the main thing is, you both are ok..❤ Glad you decided to stay for the night and cook up a good meal. In my opinion, good
food always calms the savage beast. No, I'm not saying Rob is a beast..lol Those go-pros got what they deserved ! I'm just happy you both are ok.. see you guys when I see you.. Thanks for the video. Take care you guys !!

Hi Dave, I think you posted on the wrong video.😄 Having said that, for what it's worth, our whole crew is doing just fine!

I believe the snapping turtle could have been your culprit.
Also we used to construct a fish live well out of rocks in about a 2 foot circle about 6 inches high right off of shore and we’d throw our walleyes in the daytime. Don’t leave them out at night time or a turtle or otters will grab them. Also you can invest in a metal basket with a floating top lid. Happy fishing. Liked and subbed.

Great tip, yeah I figured the turtle later and since this trip, we've seen "holding cells" like what you describe at other camp sites. We'll try it out sometime. Thanks for liking/subscribing.

@@reneylanglois699 hey Reney. I don’t know if it was this video or the other I watched but I heard you say it was like 12 hours to get home. I live in Chicago and that’s how long it takes me to Ely. But I detect a Wisconsin accent, are you guys from the Milwaukee area or from up in the UP?? Thanks. I’ll get another TNL video under my belt tonight.

Thanks for the great video. I love the fishing in the BWCA. How were the bugs? I was up there May of 21' and the black flies were evil.

Hi Web, this was late July and it was limited to mosquitos and the occasional deer fly. We were up there over Memorial Weekend as well thick with the black flies. Thank God for the netting.

Thanks Red! Huge props to my daughter Sophie who assembles it all and adds the on-screen commentary. Not many of the youths today will recognize Marty Stouffer but I love it! Hoping to get a solo on the books in mid-October.
