Yes mate I’m down that way a few times a week. Doggies whiting that’s all I’m getting last year I was getting a good few rays as well. Can’t seem to get threw the doggies this year. But I’m going again later 28/4/23. 44:42 High tide at 6.30. Fish it till about 10. 👍🏻

In size whiting, make delicious beer battered deep fried strips ... Also a cracking fish pie ... So to me they are not trash fish, as some would have us believe ... Another enjoyable video from you 😊 ...
Nice to see you on mine and aimi”s stomping ground , their is always an abundance of whiting at Holland , we found low tide seems to be better for dabs and the odd soul , unfortunately the council have banned campers from parking on the road unless you want to pay which is further towards clacton (I will be complaining to the council) so our visits to Holland will be less frequent
Usually a productive venue, but whiting and dogfish seem to be the norm at the moment. Yes, its a shame that parking restrictions limit your choice of places to fish.

Good luck - you never know when the rays may turn up. At least you'll get bites there. Should improve when it warms up a bit.
