I think of church steeples in the distance, and coming home. Brook water and Spring letting the ground breathe again after winter, this piece is flowing and beautiful like everything you have ever written,Nik
Eek... imagine having such an illustrious career only to go out with cringey, trite, amateurish music that will in no way be memorable. Ouch. Seems like such a waste of talent but to each their own I suppose. I couldn’t even finish watching this because I can’t take it serious. It’s really sad to see a once golden age musician become a has been, knowing it is only downhill from here with such terrible writing. But hey, at least you are happy and I guess that’s all that matters when you don’t have a career or fan base to care about anymore.
What do you expect? It’s old people music. I feel like this is something you would hear in a retirement home 😬 I agree though, it is sad to see talent diminish.. but you have to admit in her defense, Horner, JNH, Zimmerman, Williams - they’re all tough acts to follow. You can’t expect a vet tech to suddenly become your pocket composer so you can live out some pipe dream of resurrecting something that is long gone. Just my two cents 🤷♀️
Imagine minding your own damn business and scrolling past things that you don’t connect with. In case nobody told you, kindness goes a long way. Who cares if this is not commercially viable, clearly this brings them peace and they enjoy creating together. Clearly this isn’t meant to be professional and last time I checked, isn’t art subjective anyway? Nobody owes you anything and it really doesn’t matter how someone chooses to “end” their career. Get over yourselves, both of you. Shame on you both 🙄
I am an amateur, lol. And this is just something fun that we put together. Sorry you don’t like it but you can’t please everyone 🤷♀️ I hope you find some music you can enjoy-there’s so much out there. As far as Tom goes, don’t worry. He’s still working with actual professional composers. Things have just slowed down because, well you know, the coronavirus.
Professor Tom you are a Genius 💖
Great inspiration in my life
Thank you so much
