Parking scripts are part of the mod, you have to know a fair amount of scripting to put one into a mod after the fact.
Best to ask in one of the forums

Is there a reason you’re playing emergency 4 and not emergency 20?
I was going to buy emergency 20 today and get Beaverfield or some other USA mod on it

You have to choose challenge mode for Police callouts

EM4 wooooo , man Alex RUclips has been giving me a ton of trouble lately....i can barely watch videos and streams without it wind up buffering a lot they and i even get pop-ups from RUclips saying that they removed a comment because it violated the posting rules I'm like REALLY i don't ever remember posting stuff that goes against the rules 🤨
