Olympic Expwy of Seoul is notorious for its habitual congestion. The only way to avoid habitual congestion is to drive at night or early in the morning while admiring the night view of Seoul.

Korea january-february: the season when cold and dirty northwest air flow in from CHINA and pollute (worst timing) Korea september~november: the season when fresh and clean southeasterly air flow in from the North Pacific (best timing)
