My fridge is making everything freeze. The controls for the fridge are stuck on 7. I have attempted to reset the fridge and unplug it but nothing has helped. Do you think it could be the control board?
Freezer too cold (-10), but refrigerator is just right at 37. Damper opens and closes. Built in diagnostics say both thermistors are good. All other built-in checks sat. No frost in freezer. Any ideas?
I understood every word. Did you ever consider you're too slow to comprehend? Maybe consider using RUclips settings, where you can speed up or slow down the video.
Your subject line should include the required Eletrical current tester. Required!! A home owner must go by this before wasting time watching this video. .
Usually repairing your own things at home require tools. So that means if your going to try and repair something that has electrical components you might also need some basic electrical tools. Common sense.

This is very helpful for me as a appliance technician
You are very welcome!

WHERE do you get the tech sheets?
Mine were stuffed in back of the bottom, removable kick panel. (Removable plastic piece in lower front protecting condenser coils, etc.)
What if we’re not so lucky? Where do we find it?
Does your website have tech sheets?
"In our case the [ambient temperature] is about 73 degrees F" Thermometer reads 72.2... ???

It's obvious by your question you don't have the skills to be competent DIY'er. Just call for service until you educate yourself.

Is there anything we can help you with?
