Thank you for providing this video. I are 79 years old and recovering from a bout of pneumonia as well as injuries to my left shoulder. I am unable to perform all of these movements anymore but I do them as well as I can. I am trying to make these movements part of my daily practice along with sitting and walking meditation. I dedicate this practice to the salvation of all beings, including my self, which of course, both exists and does not exist!
Thank you for this offering. I have been practicing these for a while and I usually have to turn off the audio and/or listen through the instructions. This has NO audio and is just the right amount of repetitions for me. I so appreciate it. A bow to all.
