Thank you for your ideas. I have (3) of these for my garage shop/office. I like that I can move them around. Your 2x4 clamping solution and the mod using the peg board are exactly what I was looking for. I am not yet confident enough with my skills to drill holes through the leg supports 😢.
Thoughts: instead of a shelf, why not diagonal cable braces on the sides and back. You would also need lower stringers on the sides and back at the level of the cable braces. Doing it this way would allow for your cool roller storage cabinets to fit right underneath.
They've been going hard recently. What I do like is they don't _just_ blatantly rip off existing designs and seem to put some thought into their products.
Interestly, not a bad idea for someone just getting started. Personally, I see the beautiful appeal of having a solidly built wooden bench. I like the wooden benches. IF one really needs that slippery top that melanine provides, attach pegs to a melamine top that slips into your dog holes. Best of both worlds.

Lol. They're sold out right now. Great video, nice breakdown and additional tips.
Thank you for sharing, you have such good ideas. I think the bench would be a good addition to almost any small shop. David Adair

You rock Rob!
I just saw one on Market Place for $150, might be worth picking up.
Not a bad setup for printing b&w photos
WHY??!?! Drywall screws are such a bad choice for anything beyond drywall :/
Good enough for the application.
I've heard of this decluttering thing. Seems too radical to me.
It looks easier to build a bench from scratch
Melamine is pronounced mel-a-meen, not mel-a-mine..
Depends where you are. That's how it's pronounced in the UK.
Bias for. Prejudice against. Please. Pretty please with a cherry on top. It's a common mistake, but a mistake nonetheless.
