BCS Season 6 not at least top 4 is absolutely mind boggling to me. Everything felt on point. The cinematography, the mastery of buildup and payoff, character work, the cameos not just being meaningless crowdpleasers, the showdown between Gus and Lalo, and wrapping up the entire universe pretty much perfectly. I understand he thought it was slow, but I don’t get his problem with the Howard setup plot. It may have lasted from the end of season 5 to season 6 episode 7, but in reality, it’s only the main focus of about 4 episodes. It’s also not just a prank on Howard. It was meant to show how far Kim and Jimmy have fallen from grace, and helps the audience understand Kim’s perspective when she say they are poison together, and helps make Jimmy’s transformation to Saul Goodman more believable. Sorry for the essay, but I thought I would give my two cents on something that I imagine I’m not alone in disagreement.
It felt top 1 or two to me if I’m being totally honest.
Totally agree I thought season 6 was amazing. I loved Howard’s storyline and nachos the only bad episode for me was the nippy episode. Everything else was either good or the best of the best
This guy is on that blue stuff lmao
Season 6 was easily top 3 if not top 2 for me.
yes, but the seasons 1 to 5 of BCS and season 5 of BB are IMO maybe even better, that how good this shows are
Season 6 of BCS is easily top 2 or 3 for me. It was honestly perfect from start to finish and every episode left me wanting more. I feel that saying the Howard “prank” (which was way more than just a prank) took 8 episodes is very unfair, we didn’t just watch that unfold during those episodes. There was also the cartel storyline including the death of Nacho and the hunt for Lalo during that time.
It's really not that great. There are some top tier episodes for sure, but the first half of the season is actually pretty boring. And the later Gene stuff is just poorly paced
S2 of Breaking Bad is so underrated. Grilled, ABQ, Phoenix, 4 Days Out and Peakaboo are top tier episodes. I love Jesse’s relationship with Jane, Hank becomes more complex this season with this trauma, Skyler’s increasing frustrations with Walt, Saul, Hector, Mike and Gus are introduced and it’s the best season when it comes to showing how the meth business works and the negative effects of meth and we see Walt’s empire continuing to form. It’s such a crucial season with some amazing character development. Frankly I feel like S3 and S4 dragged out more even if they are better seasons. I definitely understand some of your criticisms though
I love season 2 but it still belongs in last place in my opinion
Peakaboo is a top ten episode for me and Walt watching Jane die was crazy
Dont forget the better call saul episode
100% agree
After Season 2 I almost stopped watching. Glad I stuck through it.

I like how high you ranked BCS season 3, I really liked that season
I think season six was really good I wholeheartedly feel like it progressed perfectly, to each their own. Great video, sad it’s ending but it’s been quite a ride! Keep up the great work!
Recency bias may be a factor but I can’t remember ever feeling so invested in a show as BCS S6. That includes BB and Game of Thrones a their peak. Every minute was like heroin to me and I think it had the most episodes of any season in the entire franchise that I would truly call masterpieces.
Absolutely agree. It might just be that it was the only season I watched week to week instead of binging but I would eagerly await every single episode and be more than satisfied every time. Absolutely my number one season of tv ever
@@KookShanty same. I didn't get into BB till it finished and binged it. BCS I binged the first 4 seasons and then binged the 5th when it came out but the 6th season I was so invested and watched as soon as the ep came out and just couldn't wait
Ask yourself this. If breaking bad had never existed and you were watching BCS from Season 1, would S6 have been interesting? I don't think so. TBH, I would have gotten past the 1st season of BCS without the nostalgic tie-in to breaking bad.
@@paulpena5040 personally I think I would because I like deep character studies. But even with the BB hook many people still lost interest which I can sort of understand because of the change in tone and pacing. But for me the fact it was able to nail everything and be so gripping despite the BB reputation looming over it I think is a massive feat that BB didn’t have to deal with.
@@paulpena5040 because its a prequel. If it wasn't a prequel of anything it would be so different

Don't sleep on the cinematography in season 6 y'all. He didn't mention it by my God is it breath taking. The openings of 'Rock and a hard place' and 'Plan and execution' are beyond describable.
I don't understand why BCS has not won every cinematography award there is - it is a visual delight!
Each one of these is a masterpiece in my eyes, but here’s my ranking:
S1. BB 5 - do I even need to say anything?
2. BB 4 - cements Gus as one of the greatest villains of all time
3. BCS 6 - beautiful. tears were cried
4. BB 3 - where the show truly became a masterpiece
5. BCS 3 - tragic ending to the Chuck side of the show
6. BB 1 - under appreciated

I just started watching Breaking Bad the other day. Just finished Season 1, what a show! Can't believe I never watched it until now.
And it only gets better especially the last 2 seasons! You're in for quite a ride also make sure to give bcs a chance when you can
why are you watching this video..
@@kaan9510 To see where he put Season 1 because I'm wondering if it gets better or worse from here? I haven't watched the entire thing, I don't want spoilers.
@@LexVanguard2004 it only gets better from Season 1. If you didn’t like the stuff with Walt’s family (how annoying they could be at times) and wish they’d focus more on the business side of things, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the rest of the show.
Just you wait for Crawl Space, Face Off, and Ozymandias.
The brotherly conflict that comes to a head in BCS season 3 is part of what made the finale so good for me. That flashback in the last episode with Chuck shows the one moment where Chuck actually *did* reach out to Jimmy and offer to help him. Yet Jimmy said no. That's why that's the moment where Jimmy would take the time machine - if he had just taken his brother's help, everything would have gone differently.
Episode?
@@Sv35511 Saul gone the finale
I didn't realize that. Beautiful.
I think your major gripes with season 6 can definitely be addressed easily. Throughout the show we've seen how connected Jimmy and Kim feel through doing cons together and ruining Howard's career was their biggest one yet which would explain why it's such a long one. I do agree that it's a bit too long and probably could have been condensed. I actually had a whole other problem as I thought Gus and Mike's arcs in this season were too long and those scenes could have been significantly shorter. But yeah since Jimmy and Kim were the heart of this show it only makes sense that we spend this much time doing a con with them for several episodes (Howard even points this out when he says they 'get off on it' or even when Kim was breaking up with Jimmy she thought that they'd break up after the scam - I don't remember the exact scene but if you watch it again you'll know what I meant.
As for the Gene storyline I wasn't fond of it at first but the last two episodes improved the quality of Nippy and Breaking Bad (the episode) because we've seen Jimmy build relationships with the elderly for most of the show so at the end of Waterworks when Marion hits him with the 'I trusted you' the scene hits so much harder. Nippy very much felt like him getting out one last scam to secure his safety but when Kim tells him to turn himself in it hurts him so much he spirals into something even worse than Saul. Identity scams and threatening the elderly seemed like new lows for him so him atoning for his mistakes in Saul Gone made me look back at those previous episodes in a much better light.
My bad for the long message lol but season 6 is a lot better than you're giving it credit for although I definitely agreed that it wasn't always consistent.
Man, you kinda changed my perspective on S6 lol I’d probably still keep it where I have it in my ranking just because it’s honestly hard for me to rank the seasons of this show with all of them being phenomenal. Great insight tho 👍
@@NinthShinigami yea I feel you, this seasons been good but really divisive from what it seems like, I got lucky and got some time to rewatch the season right before the finale so that definitely helped me a lot
@@NinthShinigami honestly, regardless of where S6 ranks in my list, that ending was just phenomenal,so good I could probably say it carried the entire season (and that's saying a lot, because this season had a lot of good stuff, way better than some give it credit) and probably makes the season go up a notch in the list.
Btw,hi,I remember you from fornev lmao, do we watch the same things or what 😂??
I think some of issues simple coming to the viewing experience. I binged seasons 1-5 and watched season 6 week to week. It plays different.
But somewhat I don't understand why people take so much issue with any criticisms of this show. I've openly said there's no bad seasons and this isn't even close to the bottom. ...and the stuff at the top I"m literally saying is the best television ever.
People take issue with whatever seasons I don't have in the top 4, but they also have 8 seasons/movie not in the top 4. When you have a fantastic set of seasons its very competitive.
@@glibglob8755 I don't think it's entirely fair to dismiss criticisms of slow development of the Jimmy-Kim plotlines as just people wanting Mike and Gus. The whole reason I put season 3 of BCS as the best BCS is because it's all about Jimmy and Chuck. Their relationship and it's effect on Jimmy was a lot more compelling to me than Jimmy spending 8 episodes pranking Howard.
My ranking:
12. El Camino
11. BB S1
10. BCS S2

(all are great tho)
Omg I like almost 100%agree on your list. Love how u said all are great tho
In season 6 those 7 episodes aren’t just showing them messing with Howard though. They aren’t playing funny games like in season 5 with the hookers kim and Jimmy are conspiring to paint howard as a cocaine addict by planting evidence and stealing his car. It’s also super interesting to watch Jimmy and kim’s relationship get to the heart of what it was kind of born on, scamming people. That 7 episode stretch enhances what happens to Howard in the mid season finale and makes that arc so satisfying. Plus a few of those episodes were focused on nachos ending and lalo in Germany setting up lalo to come back to ABQ and happen to shoot Howard when he rolled up to kim and jimmys apartment. Even if we disagree that’s what it’s all about! Love your content Sean from a fellow Sean haha
The two greatest shows ever made.
My list
12. el Camino. Solid movie with great cinematography but I still feel that it didn’t strengthen the breaking bad ending and I was quite disappointed with the ending
11. Breaking bad season 2. Good season and still amazing character development and introduces the soul cast for later seasons. It starts amazingly but there’s a big chunk of episodes from 4-7 which don’t hit the level of other seasons. I personally enjoyed the last stretch of episodes and I was very satisfied
10. Breaking bad season 1. Brilliant first season and it introduces the characters well and lays the foundation well. It can be slow though. Entertaining finale but mainly just buildup
9. Better call Saul season 2. It definitely offers the least of all better call seasons but it’s still brilliantly written and a very vibrant and entertaining season laying the foundations. Really brilliant finale.
8. Better call Saul season 1. This season does a magnificent job at starting the show off on the right foot. There are some parts that are just very hard to get through (Ep 4,5) but there are some really phenomenal episodes such as E2,E6,9. Finale was my least favourite but still decent
7. Better call Saul season 3. I know it’s a fan favourite and I like it. This whole season is really epic with the introduction of Gus and the development of mike was amazing and the Chuck stuff was brilliant. Nacho also became another level of character this season. Finale was amazing for opening new storylines
6. Breaking bad season 3. This season starts very slow and can be quite frustrating with the Skyler stuff and filler but even then I believe the episodes had a meaning and level of entertainment within them. Once E6 came around, every episode was epic and amazing and I agree it became peak tv. I also think fly has a meaning. The ending was just phenomenal.
5. Better call Saul season 4. This season was extremely consistent and I think there wasn’t a single episode that wasn’t great this whole season. There is a lot of buildup and talking at points but it is all necessary. Gus and Mike in this season had a brilliant bond. The finale was a masterpiece and took me by suprise. Lalo from the get go was exciting and fresh.
4. Better call Saul season 5. I loved this season. The whole season just like the previous season was fresh and exciting. The Hank and Gomez cameo was integrated perfectly and seeing the Gus vs Lalo conflict was so entertaining. I think Mike was a little slow this season but it was all realistic. The nacho stuff with Lalo was intense and perfect. The ending was exciting and genius.
3 Breaking bad season 4. I really like this season but I think it’s a little bit overrated. The Jesse aftermath of killing gale was all fascinating and the Gus Vs Walt ark was to date the best villain ark on the show by a mile and the show took its time. The buildup was obviously all worth it but I think episode 2-6 were all slow and on the lower end of the episodes in the series, (however I really loved the mike and Jesse stuff). Episode 10-13 was legendary episode after legendary episode and the ending was perfect and couldn’t have been crafted better
2. Better call Saul season 6. I understand that it is slow at times but even in the slow times (Ep 4-6) to be specific could have been trimmed down in all honesty but I still found them necessary enough and entertaining. The first 3 episodes of the season were amazing because the nacho stuff is one of my favourite things in both shows and episode 7 was one of the best episodes in both shows. I understand your point about the 7 episode buildup to Howard but I also think it wasn’t entirely like that because the first 3 episodes were mainly centred around Nacho and jimmy and Kim were dealing with the kettlemans for one of the episodes. The second half of the season wasn’t the same level but I still enjoyed it a lot. Episode 8 was incredible (Lalo is an all time villain) and episode 9 for me was amazing and written to perfection tying up all loose ends. Episode 10 was quite slow and I was a bit disappointed in all honestly but if you look past that it was brilliantly written and there was no plot holes at all. Episode 11 BB cameo wasn’t amazing but I was satisfied with it and that episode also didn’t thrill me. But episode 12 blew me away and the finale for me actually honestly surpasses Felina because it’s a more mature finale showing a more complex ending for jimmy. The time machine cameos were all amazing.
1. Breaking bad season 5. This is the best season and it’s not even close. Legendary. The first 8 episodes were buildup but with that being said it still thrilled me the whole way through will a train heist, say my name, prison killings, Hank discovering the book. The 2nd half of S5 is easily the best tv I’ve ever watched and it’s by a very far amount. Episode 9 picks up perfectly and Ozymandias is debatably the best episode of all time and Ep15 was perfect at knitting together the ending with Ozymandias. The finale was perfect however I did prefer Saul gone

I liked better call Saul a bit more so my ranking would be slightly different but this is a really solid ranking
I think making Jeff an antagonist instead of an ally would've made the last few episodes more interesting
Gene was the antagonist to Jeff
That might have been the story arc had they been able to retain the original Jeff actor, Don Harvey.
@@erikhartley2494 What happened to him?
@@erikhartley2494 no it wouldn’t have been. The scripts were already written before they knew Jeff had to be recast
It's impossible to make a really good antagonist for 3 episodes, the writers chose the right path for the finale, focused on Jimmy
Just curious, are you gonna do a character ranking of some kind?
I’d love to see that

Someone summed up BB S2 very well: “It’s a season that doesn’t actually show Walt and Jesse doing the thing they’re supposed to: cooking meth.”
I can't believe how much I love these shows. And I can't believe it took me until this last Spring to watch any of them. But so glad I did in time for the BCS finale. Again, I've really enjoyed and appreciated your content throughout this journey!
Both shows and the movie are a great story all together.
This is one of my favorite videos you have done. Wonderful job!
Season 6 is a masterpiece. Many important points of the previous seasons reappear. Cinematography is at its best, the acting of Bob, Rhea, Patrick is better than ever. Those 2 episodes in the middle of the season along with the last episode are among the greatest episodes in TV history. They are way up there with Ozymandias, Felina and so on. The first 8 episodes never get boring. Tbh in all of the series it never gets boring and these 7-8 episodes are at least average in comparison to previous seasons, 11 and 12 are a lot better with a rewatch once you see what's the meaning of them. It's certainly not that low if we're to rank them objectively. Shame dude... sorry but... shame...
Sean, you're just fantastic at this
Good list, I would’ve had El Camino a little higher but other than that some of my favorite shows of all time!
BCS S1 makes Chuck like the audience. We have a preconceived vision of Jimmy from BrBa and see Jimmy as Saul. Meanwhile Kim a new character to the audience, is trying to show us that Jimmy isnt Saul.
Hes right, only after seeing BCS do we recognize what the writers are doing in this season. Otherwise it seems boring and out of place because were waiting to see Saul and all we see is Jimmy. And we dont have any attachment to Jimmy yet, while we were expecting to see Saul
I love when Sean forgets to edit out the bloopers 😂

I absolutely loved your appreciation of the lab construction and Lalo stalking it out, it was super compelling, especially once Lalo got to Zigler before Mike, and the look of annoyance on Mike's face at that was priceless, and Lalo's chard was pure annoyance. I thought s, 6 of BCS wax higher, but shared your reasons for all the slow set up episodes mot justifying the A1 episodes with too muchroker coaster stuff. Kim was the best character seasons 5 and 6nof BCS, and Lalo bset villian. ❤️
I really wouldn't have mentioned this if I'd seen other people pointing it out but how exactly did you come up with a total of 8 episodes of Jimmy and Kim plotting the Howard scam when by episode 7 of season 6 of BCS the plan was already in execution and beyond vague conceptualizing at the end of season 5 (I will also acknowledge the little pranks Jimmy pulls on Howard in season 5, but those were isolated and not part of the plan so they do not count), the plotting itself only spanned across the first 6 episodes of season 6? It is mathematically impossible for the plan to have taken more than 6 episodes of set up. And even then, while I can agree that episodes 4, 5 and 6 are mostly scam-centric, the first three episodes and ESPECIALLY THE THIRD mostly focus on Nacho's escape from Mexico. If each of those three episodes counts as half of an episode of Howard preparation, then I estimate the total to be somewhere around 4 and a half episodes of set up, almost half of what you said it was. I could even go on to say that by calling their plan a "prank" you miss the point of the severity of their actions, or that the writers may have decided three episodes of so-called "downtime" was a natural way of taking the audience back to the good days of seasons 1 through 4 to elude us into a false sense of playfulness along Jimmy and Kim before the dramatic turn of events at the end of episode 7 (although I will admit, three episodes might have been enough for that), mostly because I think putting season 6 below seasons 1 and 4 of BCS is criminal, but given that this type of video is subjective in nature I can respect that. Going back to the premise of this comment though, I ask again: how did the preparation for Howard's defamation supposedly take up 8 episodes, especially given that this argument was in great part what seems to have influenced you to score the sixth season as low as you did? (I may have gotten a little heated up over this)

Better call Saul season 6 and Breaking Bad season 5 are the best pieces of television I have ever seen.
i'm not entirely sure why but I loved everyone of the black and white episodes. I actually think that 607-613 is the best run in the entire show and every episode is amazing
BCS S6 is number 1 for me. The slow pacing that gets brought up is totally made up for by Lalo to me. Those episodes where he’s not there, his presence is still felt. Just makes for good tv.
I found the 8 episodes setting up Jimmy and Kim’s ‘D-Day’ prank kept me engage. Though I’ll admit it was a little long. The 3 penultimate episodes I find insufferable though. (Though I still like it, if that makes sense) I will agree that the Nacho storyline wrapping up was my favorite part of the season.
BCS S4 is definitely the turning point of the whole series, and has my personal favorite poster! But the Jimmy half isn’t nearly as compelling as Mike’s heartbreaking story.
When I'd first watched Season 5 of Breaking Bad, it almost felt like I was starting with the second half of a season. Almost felt as if certain ot points came out of nowhere, or had escalated a little too quickly. Save for that, the fifth season is definitely one of the best that the series has to offer.
I disagree, El Camino was not unnecessary. I WANTED to no Jesse was going to be okay. And it was good movie. After all that he went through, I want to see his happy ending
While I loved season 6 of BCS, I agree with a lot of your points. I thought there was so much potential story to tell in the season and was somewhat underwhelmed when they dedicated most of the first 7 episodes to building up Jimmy and Kim’s scheme. Then in the next 6 episodes it almost seems rushed since they immediately went to the Gene timeline after the time jump. I really think they needed an episode that focused on Saul during the breaking bad era to transition Saul becoming Gene. It just feels weird to see so little of Jimmy being in his full Saul persona, when that’s what the show has been mostly building up to
You have to understand the behind the scenes “drama” that dogged this final season.
The pandemic, Bob’s heart attack, possible crew strike.
Not to mention Lydia’s actress couldn’t return because of (at the time)flight restrictions.
Bill Burr(Kuby) couldn’t return because of personal reasons.
Must have been a nightmare to get anything done at that time.
Season 6 is weird, I agree.
It’s this rollercoaster season that’s unlike anything that came before.
But, I will give it to the staff that these guys worked their @$$es off to give a satisfying conclusion.
We got breaking bad if U wanna see Saul as Saul don't need rehashs
@@genericsavings That sucks about Kuby, I didn’t know that. but in all seriousness I hope Bob wins some type of award because he played three different characters in this season.
We got 4 seasons of him in breaking bad we didn’t need to see lots of it in BCS
@@JohnSmith-wh2ob adding the breaking bad timeline would make it narratively coherent.
It would actually be cool to see a ranking of your all time favorite final seasons of shows.
great list and really brave cause this universe is so good that everyone will have their own rankings
completely agree with the season 6 take. maybe id have it 1 or 2 spots higher but your take is spot on. the highs of season 6 are some of the best in the entire bb universe. but the use of the jeff character and everything in the Gene epsiodes just gets dragged forever. not what i was hoping for tbh
What the hell is wrong with you?! Do you even understand these shows??? This is a joke!
Ok...I'm gonna actually watch the video now.
Uhhh you don’t understand the show. See it’s about story and characters.

My number one favorite would be Breaking Bad season 4 (even if just for Crawl Space alone), but I honestly might rank BCS season 6 next to it. Sure, it kinda drags a bit during the Gene story arc, but I felt that how hollow and draining it often felt was fitting with how low Jimmy has sunk (to the point where he’s just straight up drugging and robbing people.)
Hope you give us House of the Dragon coverage, my guy. It's starting to look like the far more interesting show than She-Hulk. Thanks for ranking Elvis #4 for your best summer movies.

Better call Saul season 6 is my number 1 by far
Better Call Saul S6 was my favourite season of bcs and it definitely is top 2 or 3 in the whole universe
I really disagree with your take on the gene episodes in Season 6, Breaking Bad is a great necessary episode, and Waterworks and Saul Gone are phenomenal. Nippy is the only episode that feels like it lacks in aspects of theme and character development, but it’s still a good enjoyable episode and works well as a precursor to Genes final arc. Breaking Bad shows the impact Kim has on his life, after being rejected he goes even deeper into self destructive patterns, he’s even more angry and reckless, and it’s almost like he wants to get caught, and to parallel his scenes with Jeff and buddy with his part in helping build Walt and Jesses empire really provides some much needed reflection and insight into his character during the BB timeline, and also foreshadows that these schemes will lead to his downfall. Waterworks is just a phenomenal episode for start to finish, all the Kim stuff is perfect, and the confrontation with Marion is perfect and poetic especially considering Jimmys previous involvement in elder law, it’s just perfect. And Saul Gone is almost better than Felina in terms of a thematic resolution, like yeah the action of Felina was awesome and the resolution felt good, but the thematic elements were a bit unclear, but with Saul Gone the themes are crystal clear and it just feels perfect, and it has so much payoff from the previous episodes and so much satisfying reflection on the series as a whole, its really the only outcome that would make sense in Jimmys story and they executed it very well in my opinion.
Please rank the characters next!
It’s in my mind. Fingers crossed 🤞 this video does well!

There are no bad seasons in this universe , everything is perfect
You’re just not attentive enough or tasteful enough to appreciate the slow burn. This is a terrible ranking.
breaking bad season 2 is a top 5 brba universe season by far. and better call saul season 6 is criminally low, almost every episode from the season was amazing
I agree. Season 2 is the most episodic season out of BrBa/BCS universe, has insane re-watchability, amazing foreshadowing, Some romance, Shows the most damage of drug use, has fantastic cold openings, and bone chilling ending. I don't understand how some people don't like it
@@PolishGod1234 you just perfectly described it. and episodes 6-9 is the best span of episodes in the show
@@stewyyishim imo personaly the best span of episodes in the show are episodes 13-16 of season 5 followed by episodes 10-13 of season 4 because let's be honest - these are groundbreaking, heavy and intense episodes.
You criticize the way Saul got caught just by bad luck. When that is the exact same reason how Walt got found out by Hank when he found the book
First off, I don’t know what criticism you’re referring to. I don’t recall criticizing HOW Saul got caught. And it wasn’t bad luck in the final episodes. he was irresponsible.
Hank finding a book also isn’t bad luck. That’s Walt making a mistake or being too confident. He left a book with evidence in it in a place where it was entirely plausible his brother in law would read it. He literally had the book as reading material on the toilet at his house which his brother in law would use.
So I really don’t know what you’re referring to or what you’re disagreeing with.
@@SeanChandlerTalksAbout I misinterpreted what you said I thought you it was criticism, apologies. While you can say Hanks was Walt over-confidence, you can also say Gene was too. He was pulling cons and going to Marion’s house suspiciously and was digging his own grave. So imo how walt got caught was worse writing
Both Chuck and Howard have hit their head, but only one of them were alive afterwards

12. El Camino (it's really good, many people say it's unnecessary - I disagree, in my opinion it was nice to see conclusion to Jesse's story and him fighting to get the second chance in life. However, this feels more like an over-extended epilogue episode of the show, rather than a film and that's my biggest problem with it).

5. BrBa Season 3
4. BCS Season 5
Incredible stuff, exciting and unique storytelling, but it's just too tough to compare them to the top 3))))
3. BCS Season 6
The first part, that concludes the BCS timeline is outstanding, Nacho's final episode might be my favorite in the whole Universe, we got to see the new side of Gus, scared and vulnerable, which made him feel more like a tragic character, consumed with revenge. I think Jimmy and Kim taking a quest to destroy Howard's reputation was a great storytelling decision (I wish they never did it though, poor Howard), episodes 5-6 might be a little slow, but it all pays off so well in eps 7 and 8 that I have zero complaints. Gene's first two episodes were interesting to watch and made it clear in which direction the show was going, but for me the change of pace was a little bit too dramatic. Final two episodes are a perfect conclusion to the show, but not as thrilling as the Breaking Bad's one.
2. BrBa Season 4
1. BrBa Season 5
These two seasons are perfect, very exciting , extremely intense, they got many dramatic changes and have ideal character conclusions.
Overall, these are my 2 favorite shows of all time with some of the best direction and writing I've ever seen. Can't wait to see new stuff from Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould.
