So there's a great challenge on a Career mode with them -Sign Under 20'yo players -Grow academy players -Just from UK, 3 max foreigners -When the players hits 24/25 (as their career in the University comes to an end) you have to sell them Is actually a really fun challenge, a bit hard, I'm on to my 7th season and been on a round of 16s of the UCL!

you should actually rebuild UCD, UCD means University College Dublin, they’re literally a college team competing in professional level, and if you look up on Sofifa, they’re literally the youngest team on fifa as the team age average is 21 i think. I miss Irish League rebuilds they are the best, also miss you keeping it a bit realistic, if you rebuild them would be nice to actually bring some irish youngsters this time

I actually had Saliba on FIFA 22 career mode where I had all the worst under 20 year olds on the game. I think he became 91 overall for me. He didn't really standout from the rest so much though since 9 players became better than him 😂

The last couple of years we have had a lot of gems on the big football scene, but we have never been known for our league, wouldn’t it be cool to do a career mode with for example Tromsø IL and be the first team from Eliteserien(the norwegian league) to ever win the conference league, europa league and even the champions league. You could even also try to only use norwegian talents like yunus musah, schjeldrup and Tromsø own gem August mikkelsen. I think this would be fun, anyway love your vids and take care😊

An International rebuild. you choose a nation to rebuild (the worst in game is China). you can sign some top talents from your selected country or utilize the youth academy. its similar to your sprints to glory except your end goal is the World Cup instead of the UCL.

Doing a career mode when I hop from club to club, went Salzburg after Al Nassr and I had some absolutely cooked youth players there, after 2 years with Porto I went to Fulham (just promoted from the prem, we love a challenge) and I raided the Salzburg youth players, had a 78 rated Hungarian cam who was 66 rating when I left and a 82 German winger who was 71. This was in 2 years. And when I left Porto, the youth goalkeeper I had from them went from 87 to 93. When you hop clubs, they jump up massively for some reason

Then sim and stop every 1st of every Month and sign some youth players that fit you. I loaned every player who had at least great potential and wasnt Good enough for the XI out. Maybe this is something for you to try :)
