  • I give this utterly FILTHY carb a good thorough clean and jet it for a performance pipe & air filter, with a tip or two along the way. This poor scoot needed complete engine rebuild because of all the grit that got into the crankcase. Ouch.

Hi from CPT, I’ve been working on a bws and am in need of some help from an experienced 2 stroke mechanic. Anyway I can contact you other than RUclips?

Best to take it to engineering shop to be removed professionally.

I'm in JHB ...if I'm to take my bike down to the S.coast on holiday...would I need to worry about the jetting?

No, if your bikes' stock. Yes if it's got a pipe, cone filter and jetting that's been for setup for up here.
