As a girl, I find it ridiculous that if the roles were reversed the man would be arrested. This shouldn't be allowed. TL;DR This kind of mentality is terribly degrading to BOTH men and women. It denies the fact that men can and are victims of sexual harassment just as much as women. The double standard with society is so clearly expressed by your comment, and completely dismisses the countless victims in the world, to include children (yes children). After all, men are slaves to their passion, we're mindless sex driven fiends that have to LOVE and seek sex out wherever we go.

This kind of mentality is why we have so much bias in the world regarding genders. It is simply unacceptable to believe that a woman, who is just as capable of drugging a man, could manipulate one in such a way, just like a man would do to a woman, and have sex with him against his will. Getting an erection is not a matter of wills, just as a women getting wet.
It's a natural biological reaction to stimuli. Saying that "all rapes are committed by men" are ludicrously narrow minded and ignorant IMHO. So I pose this question upon you. What about women who molest a child, such as an HS teen.
If this were a women, EVERYONE would be screaming bloody murder to hang the man. However, if it's a women (and yes, it HAS happened before) we get. "Pfft, lucky kid" or :"What's the matter? You're a GUY, you're supposed to LIKE it"
THIS is a double standard. Believe it or not, there are men out there who DO actively restrain themselves, who have no desire to have sex until they meet the "Right person".
This is as much of an insult to men as it is to women. Your statement is essentially saying that "Women are physically too weak to EVER overpower, manipulate or take advantage of a man", on the flip side, you are also essentially stating that "Men are insatiable beasts, who are the only ones capable of committing such horrible acts".
It's as bad as people blaming the girl for dressing in revealing clothes for getting raped. Last I checked, dressing in minimal clothing is NOT mean and open invitation to get between a women's legs.

Wow. This answered some of my random questions. I always felt like accents, or saying that someone has an accent only really applied to people who spoke English. And I thought that my thought was only formed because I only speak English and have no other experience. But my reasoning behind it was that saying someone has an accent has only been said (to my knowledge) to those who are speaking English. Otherwise, I haven't heard it been called an accent, more like "not speaking it well". I just thought that there's so many ways to pronounce English words, that usually there's no right and wrong ways to say things because we label it as having an accent. But hearing about Chris' child who is speaking Spanish with an Australian accent really opened my eyes. I now know that it is a thing, to speak languages other than English, with an accent! How interesting.
