Early stoppage? Sure, but only by about 5 or 10 seconds. Rossy wan't going to last that round if it continued. Rossy threw something an instant before the stoppage that you could *generously* call a counter-punch - but he was taking heavy fire, was trapped on the ropes, and wasn't effective. He was done.
He was hurt. Maybe you could have let it continue for another 5 or 10 seconds but it would be awfully0optimistic to expect Rossy to fight his way off the ropes.
