What Jamaica really needs is other types of developments, we do music , food and culture very well but we need to diversify. We need large flexible working spaces like WeWork so people all dont have to go to the same place and cause traffic. We need lots more parks, leisure centres with pool, gym, cafe, we need large modern shopping centres with Cinemas and some brand names like Zara, H&M etc and luxury stores such as Louis Vuitton, Dior etc and before anyone says anything YES Jamaica can do it and we well ready fi it! For us to get that we would need to make all designer goods duty free like The Bahamas. I doubt the government would be so forward thinking.

The designer closet doesn't mean "a specific fashion designer", it just mean a designer style closet that is spacious, stylish lighting/fixtures and the clothing racks might look like what you normally see behind the scenes at a runway show.
