I have the Jeffsy Core 3. And I tried it as a mullet. Put the 27.5 rear wheel and put the flip chip to high mode to offset the geometry change. I know it doesn't bring geometry back to when it was a 29er but it was close. I could tell the mullet cornered better, but with the lower bottom braket I was getting alittle more pedal strikes. Not a big deal tho. The mullet was more agile, and felt better when cornering and going down hill. However when going uphill over technical sections. I noticed that the small rear wheel got hung up ever so slightly. I did switch back to full 29er, but might swap it back to mullet next season. Both mullet and 29er have their advantages and I can't decide which one I prefer more.
I think pretty much the same thing, the mullet is a lot funner to ride and the only bad thing I noticed was the climbing but after riding a couple mullets I'm in the process of converting my bike over. Honestly I was amazed at how much more fun it was! But I will say , you will need to be a pretty good rider to be able to enjoy the mullet and I wouldn't be surprised if the straight 29er is still faster in a race.
I hope the MTB industry brings back fun paint jobs
I want a tiger bike, roar
As someone who prefers black or raw bikes, I agree!
If I didn't already have an awesome bike, I would 100% buy the uncaged 13!
Yes, more exciting colors like Frost Blue!
Bring back raw aluminum rims, or at least silver anodizing.

Got my core 1, last week and it was my first fulsus mtb. The bike was a beast on downhill and uphill.
Couldn’t get a better deal than that uncaged 13. Very sick
Yeah $2500 rn for a 100% capable all mountain/trail rig is insane. That would have been an excellent deal even 10 years ago.
For me the mullet option is perfect and more than enought. Super brand. 💫
I bought a Jeffery when it came out. I LOVE it. Go buy one!!!
Can i ask how tall you are and what size bike? Thank you for the great video
Can you put a 27.5 wheel on the rear of the core models?
Save me a uncaged 13 jeffsy i love the color im going to buy one as soon possible😍😍😍🤩😍🥳💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
How does the Jeffsy compare to a SC Hightower?
Can't you mullet the core 29er by putting it in the high position? Isn't that what they did with the uncaged 13? Or does it have a custom link?
It's a custom link. Flip chip on 29 is not specifically for mullet setup altho many are using it that way in high setting
seems smart to put same price to both models
I am going 27.5 upfront and out back!
That’s how I have my Uncaged 13 set up. So good.
retro looking gravel bike from Canyon looks sick. This retro paint job reminds me of cheap walmart bikes
Disagree.
Too bad YT warranty for the original owner is laughable, hence their “cheaper” pricing compared to other serious mtb manufacturers….
