Is ther anyway to find older version of MySQL Workbench? I'm stuck with macOS 11.7 and 8.0.36 would need macOS 13 or above

Yes there is! There is an archives page where you can select the operating system and version that you want to use. I'm not sure which version would work for you so you'll have to check yourself. Version 6 was pretty similar to 8 if I recall. You can get to the archives page by clicking the "download now" button on the first page, then click on the Archives tab on the next screen - there you can select your OS and version to install.
