Working with beginners can indeed be trickier. What you can do is design tasks that are simpler and require less complex language to be achieved, like designing new English signs for the school, creating an ad for a flat on Airbnb etc. What do you think?
@@WhatisELT Cool! I was also thinking that the tasks could be a tad more guided and they could be given the phrases to be used..or would this go against the idea of TBL?
One more thing, can it be used when teaching one-on-one?

@@nicknikle5887helping students with some language they could use in the task is helpful for beginners. One could say that, yes, it is not exactly what the approach aims at, but what I like about teaching is that we can pick and choose features of different methods and approaches in order to design lessons that are as effective as we manage to, always having students' needs as the priority 😉

Thank you for the feedback, Osay Oday. As we shoot and edit the videos ourselves, we are in the process of learning how to do it more effectively, so this is very helpful. One thing you could do is use the subtitles feature available on RUclips. How it helps! :-)
