Hi sir, I'm in a dilemma now. I was a below average student in my entire academics. I understood what was the reason of that and I want to prove myself I can do something in my life. I started preparing civil service last June, i feel some improvement in polity and economics. The reason for my confusion is recently I had met some of my friends who are much brighter than me also one person rank holder and they are also preparing for CSE. They haven't cracked prelims yet. This cause me doubts in myself whether I can crack this or not? They are brighter than me, they are going for big coaching institutes also they have been preparing for last 2-3 years but they haven't cracked it yet. After talking with them my mind keep insisting me to give up and telling this is an herculean task. How can I overcome these kind of demotivation and pulling back?
First of all you should develop an attitude of self comparison not to others. If you are improving your polity/economy which means that you are on the track. And do one thing: ask what mistakes they(peer group) have committed during the preparation. It will give a clear cut idea of what you don't do Hope you could understand 😊

Mere UPSC mains exams hai 16-25 sep and mere clg walo ne exams rkh diye h B.Ed last year k thik usi tym .....pehle scheme thik bnai but cucet exam k liye aage badha di aur upsc k liye nhi badha rhe bahut baar request ki maine unse Mera poora year stake pe lga dia hai 😔😔 I'm feeling demotivated
