I Think you should add NIAMT, Ranchi too. because it has only two branches in 2023 passing year that is manufacturing engg. and Metallurgy and materials engg. 90 % percent of the student got placed in top core companies and average was 7.7 LPA and Highest was 14 LPA.

Dear viewer, both are the average institution for facilities & other academic activities. As far as placements so, both are nearly same as they have average salaries ranges between 4.21 LPA TO 4.35LPA. I would say just pick your favourite engineering branch and apply as many as good colleges you can. Best of luck for your future.

@monster57228 YES you can get NIT of IIITs for metallurgical, chemical or civil like branches, but just try hard for JEE Session 2 if you score Well then you may get good NIT or IIIT.
