- Literally just PoE 2 Act 2 Ranger gameplay. It starts at the last boss of Act 1 so spoiler alert lmao. I'll have another commentary video but figured I'd get the gameplay out for those who want it.

Looks like Escape Shot can't be used to jump over terrain a la Leap Slam, as of this footage anyway.
Here's hoping that they implement hopping over terrain with Escape Shot.
I feel like every fight u win leaves u with a massive satisfaction. Its like ur tensing ur neck for 10 min then release with that great relief sensation. This is POE2 progression. Little changes to build will have positive impact on your gameplay and that will feel superb. Also that graduall intensity build up, damn man.
WOW, I can't wait to play the beta whenever it comes out! Finally great boss fights. I like a challenging game but not so hard like dark souls, this looks like the perfect amount of difficulty

This part's a little clunky, because you have to go back into the Ardura Caravan before you can talk to Risu and unlock the next level "Traitor's Passage".
It would've been better if this part used some of the newer NPC tech we'd seen - e.g. Risu and Asala step out of the Caravan and engage in a conversation, and at this point you learn about Traitor's Passage, without needing to first go back to the Caravan.

Why does it seem like WASD movement seems absolutely necessary on a ranged class?
Mouse-movement can catch up by implementing a button for Z-targeting.
not really, look at Ben_ footage, all on original/click to move.
Speed can't replace actual combat
it's a short early game part obv, but it doesn't really feel like poe, feels alot slower or is it just me

The people who most wanted Path of Exile, so much so that they gambled the rest of their livelihoods on it and started building it in a garage, found out that they want to make Pathsouls even more.
I, for one, could not be more excited and can’t wait to play it myself! Hope you wind up enjoying it, too, or if, failing that, you continue to enjoy PoE1!
