A shame that all these newer engines have crap sensors everywhere. Trucks are enough problems without extra junk on them. Hope that part you got works well for you.
I have code spn 3226 fmi 11. It says it's an unidentified fault. Sometimes the code will go away on it's own for a while and then it will come back on after a few hours of driving. I was going to look at the tip but it's very difficult to remove from the pipe. I'm thinking it's either covered with soot or there's a bad connection somewhere. ?
I wish you had disclosed the fault codes associated with your failure. Because 90 percent of the time it's an internal circuit fault in the module or a failure with the pre heating element in the sensor. Or there is a correlation fault between the inlet and out nox sensors and in that case the sensors are reading correctly and there is an issue with nox coming out of the engine or coming out after the scr. Less than 5 percent would have the same results as this. To add further. The sensor is doing its self diagnostic after 500 degrees. So you stop and mess with the truck and the fault goes inactive.
I've replaced my Inlet Knox three times and it keeps throwing in a erratic signal code but my engine is a Navistar engine I'm wondering if this is my issue??

I just called to kenworth and that’s what they told me there’s a big demand on truck parts that it’s taking long to get the parts
Always call the other coast of the USA they always tend to have what the other coast doesnt!!!
