Sir I have a plan file with xref files(hidden),when I xplode file all xref displayed with plan ,how can I get rid of this ,I tried detach option but not succeeded,also is very heavy, any command I try to use it takes time.Thanks
try to check in xref manager pallette. unload or detach one by one. these xref files are hopefully attached with some other drawing that you are not detaching. go to that file and change the xref option from attaching to overlay. save that file and reload in this file again. any xrefs attached to other drawings that are attached in this drawing will also come with the same drawing. so you need to detach from that drawing.
