  • Welcome back. Today we will look through over 1,000 photographs that I believe best represent the Old World. Each of these images can be taken at base value as a beautiful and unique piece of architecture built centuries ago, or we can look past the current narrative and see the vast similarities between these ancient buildings found all throughout our realm of Earth.
The dream of mine, when I first shared my work, was to be able to allow people from all backgrounds to come together in awe of the incredible achievements in architecture of our past. In today’s video I have narrowed down a collection of over 50,000 images into a more digestible 1,000, all from my work throughout the last three years. The images are dated from roughly 1840 through roughly 1960, they span the greater parts of the world, and you can look for an abundance of the earliest photographs in history, as well as a few more modern images sprinkled in for good measure.
We will see photochrome, or Old World colorized images, as well as stereoscope, or Old World 3D images. We will see many images showcasing world famous locations. The epic archways, domes, and palaces of learning and worship, the mounds, the tells, the infrastructure, the technology, and the modes of transportation will all be focused on. We will also see the people of the 1800’s up close in the cities founded. This video was created as a “thank you” to each and every one of you for taking a step through history with me, and helping my channel reach 100,000 subscribers. Enjoy!

Hopefully this is the age of "acknowledgement". Acknowledgement of culture and historical suppression that has been in place, on a global level for decades, maybe millennia.
Probably 95% of any “ancient” artifacts/locations in the US have been eliminated from existence. It takes only a single generation to remove the knowledge and memory, forever, of something that might, at one point, been considered a societal marker of a generation.
Our historical memory is extremely short term. Thank you for your work, effort and for sharing. Beautiful, thoughtful, and really brings the melancholy out for those so blessed.

I feel speechless….. What a well-done montage! It’s staring us in the face as blatantly as the great megaliths of the world made of stone - the architecture, design, detail, scale of mass and size - they don’t match the people from whence they supposedly derived. It makes no sense, but, we’ve just assumed the story as it has been presented to us since we were children……. But so, too did our parents, and theirs. But, - LOOK! These structures were obviously found, just like the pyramids. It seems that perhaps some areas were damaged differently, but there is no way that fellows in the 1800’s built so perfectly, mathematically, to such heights etc., etc.

The predilection of the human mind; to hear and adhere to what is first imprinted is our downfall!
We must, if we are to free our minds, battle through cognitive dissonance; remain uncomfortable, for a time. I'm currently uncomfortable with a planet that spins faster than a speeding bullet, while its atmosphere, somehow, keeps up with it! Airplanes take off and land without regard for an Earth speeding away below them!

I am an independent insurance adjuster and have inspected in CA, TX, IA, MO, OK, AR, LA, MS, TN, FL, NC, and VA. Can confirm that building construction dates are changed all the time. Can confirm that almost every small town has old-world buildings that were most likely built by a mix of cultures but mainly the Romans and/or Greeks. Can confirm that most downtowns have a large portion of buildings that sit empty, or only 2 floors are used out of a 4 to 6-floor buildings. My best guess as to what caused the last reset was to keep property "value". An international banking system by the use of global monetary policy enforcers; pushed citizens to become poor by decreases wages and increasing market costs. Citizens are pushed to the streets leaving many buildings empty empty. Burn the poor portions of the city down, cause civil unrest through culture and cause a hungry mod to slowly take itself down to just a few people... Hunger Games style, without the political bs. Paper money has been used for these cycles, just like the "first" Europeans used paper money on Native Americans. Offer service at a good price, make culture dependent, slowly increase prices, tell culture to get a loan and pay over time, ask culture to do more for the same product, eventually culture defaults because at some point they can't do more, and then the monetary constraints cause an inevitable clash. The inevitable clash is more affordable to deal with when you own the printing press and create propaganda to pit many tribes against each other.

    • @martawalkowiak773
      @martawalkowiak773 7 месяцев назад +9

No way! Really? I was just recently thinking about that! Are those buildings really all used up or are they empty? I was thinking this about apartment buildings and houses in general too. Ok, do everything is super expensive and people are slaves to the banks but everything stands empty. And look at all the land just there that could be given to people. Oh my…have you also noticed there just seem to be fewer people all around just in general? Like no way is there that many billions of people …because I have been to different places and I just don’t see any people…

@@martawalkowiak773 I'd say in the biggest and busiest cities in the US maybe 30% are empty, while small cities may be as high as 70% empty multistory downtown buildings. I'd say it's not so different from the 1920's where people slowly lost income and moved to the streets. Then many parts of cities were burned down because the people started to ask to use those empty properties. Gotta keep those property values high.

Banks are not banks, and have no reserves. The money is created by the YOU taking the loan the government that got it from the bank. YOU create the money, banks dont have any. People are poor because they dont understand the system they live in. You dont need to pay Tax or utility bills they are all contractual. All ACTS and STATUES require consent. If you add up all the money people willfully hand out for no reason, they would be much better off. As for property. Most houses / government properties are all built on loans from the bank. After the property is paid off they get a piece of paper from the bank that says "proprietor". Proprietor means LEGAL owner NOT lawful owner. All mortgage houses are owned by the bank via the contract, not the resident. As for the economy. Economy means = LACK. So crashes are done deliberately so the need for new growth is always there. Economies are based on labor not the individual. Your birth certificate that your parent signed which puts you on the national register is what makes you an entity of society. Your false identity is also traded on the stock market. You dont understand the system you live in, thats why peoples lives are hard.

half the fun is finding them through research and like light google-fu. The world is big. The data we can record is huge. GIS is not even close to new. EDIT: I feel like this concept is going to be lost on you. 9:05- C+Alt+Print Screen. Take it into MS-Paint. Crop the image to something useful. Then copy the image to your computer's system. Go to google search. Click the Google Lens interface and then use Ctrl-V. Mind blown. You can use this tactic on like 99.44% of photos. You struggle with this data concept but you'd translate a map? Don't be lazy. Sorry copy this to your computer's syste, in Windows for decades means Ctrl+C. So the one on the bottom left. Hold it. and then row 2 key 4. I think that sequence is common amongst a few different keyboard layouts. YMMV.

Jarid thank you for sharing with us your incredible collection.
As frustrating as it may be that we've lost so much beauty, there is beauty in our little sub group appreciating and helping solve the mysteries of the Old World.
Ten year ago we didn't have such a swath of us studying this timeline,we were still walking by things knowing in our hearts something isn't write about what we've been told.
I love that you offer up an experience with this by allowing the pictures to speak to us and for themselves, set to music.
    It really is an experience.
Imagine seeing all of these on big screen.
Perhaps one day we will finally awaken the rest of the public to the false narrative about our past.
We owe it to them to keep lifting the veil and honor their time.

Someone asked to me why we can make buildings like this again well we can but the coast will blow out, it's not just the amazing architecture back then but more artistic than functionality. When we became more industrial & functionality a lot of art & design doesn't take precedence in most developed societies today, I think we became colder thanks to steel & concrete no wonder more people are depressed.

So called cathedrals, churches, palaces and other structures were much, much more than just amazing architecture. Even a structures like the Arc De Triomph, would you believe that it is actually the largest electromagnet ever constructed? Look at it on a overhead map...centerpiece in what resembles a circuit board found in modern electronics... Folks don't want to admit it, but the change in architecture and building style is a direct result of a hundred little things, attacks from enemies who actually hated the cultures, but also everyday folks who demanded more and more from the tax coffers and employers. When you look at the amount of labor that went into building something in the early 1900's, think about what it would mean if you forced employers to pay $1 more an hour for every employee.... and also have to pay more for all the materials since every employee in the supply chain was getting paid more. You drive up the cost of labor, sure, but you also drive up the cost of the materials being used. Combine that with citizens demanding ever cheaper goods, and the push isn't for excellence, but for the cheapest goods you can make. Everyone complains about walmart driving small mom-n-pop shops out of business because they don't want to admit that the blame falls squarely on the shoulders of the customers who happily turned their backs on those small businesses because they could save a few pennies at the big box store.
Unions, Minimum Wage, Taxes, Regulations.... it all adds up. Everyone talks about the proverbial 'straw that broke the camel's back", but they never think about the million straws that came before it and how all those straws slowly stopped the camel from doing camel things.
And don't think the arrogant and narcissistic enemies of Civilization didn't have their hands in the mix. They worked quietly, but with intent. They flew under the radar, but still they flew. Le Corbusier, one of the Fathers of Modern Architecture, hated Classical designs and all that they represented. He's famous for worming his way into a position of prominence and then forcing his twisted ideas onto the people through the buildings he designed and the ideas he pushed. "Nothing is left to us of the architecture of the past epochs, just as we can no longer derive any benefit from the literary and historical teaching given in schools."
Think about the mind that would think something so full of both arrogance and hate! And he truly believed it because we can see through his actions that he wanted nothing more than to remove all of that grand architecture from the public space. The Lotus Eaters Podcast did a rather nice piece on this exact issue -- ruclips.net/video/XHoSGD2g--w/видео.html
Culture is the collection of a million little things that set your group apart from the others. And architecture is certainly a critical part of that. However sad it might be, we need to remember that your culture must be celebrated and defended. As a craftsman, I hear stories from hundreds of other craftsmen in the circles I travel, and it's always the same tale when you boil it down -- people would rather buy cheap mass-produced chintz than quality hand-made goods. There's no real support for the craftsmen even though people will pay lip service to the old ways all day long.
And isn't that true? Go through your home and count the number of small pieces of hand-made stuff you have. Even something as simple as a wooden spoon for the kitchen used to be made by a local craftsman using local woods. Now, they're made on the other side of the globe. Why? Because we've stopped supporting our own. In the never ending quest to save a penny or make ourselves feel good, we've made our own lands so entirely hostile to the small businesses that we get what everyone's complaining about.
If you don't Tend Your Garden, you cannot wonder why there's no Bountiful Harvest. Tending that garden, though, requires making tough calls and planning things long down the road. You have to be ever mindful of snakes in the grass. As the flame was handed to you by your ancestors, you must carefully feed it and keep it burning healthy so you can one day pass it down to your children. If you fail to do this because those snakes in the grass have whispered their sweet nothings in your ear, you get exactly what we've got today.
In order for a Culture to thrive, it must be celebrated in a thousand ways every day. It can't be something you do once a year, putting on your culture like a costume, only to take it off again when the clock strikes twelve.
All those beautiful buildings did share some commonalities, but that's because you're looking mostly at Civilizations that spent ages building themselves up. They shared not only religious ideals, but historical and cultural ideals. Then the enemy slowly and quietly infiltrated......

Jarid the Video 1yr ago on San Francisco Pre-1906 Earthquake
9 minutes and 2 seconds in a Picture shows in the background a building being constructed and has what looks like modern day Cranes all over it!! Can you look at this and give your opinion? Because it looks to me to explain some of the techniques they used and how quickly they must have been able to construct the buildings. In any case I’m Fascinated with your photos and I fully support your observations. Great work. Also with the German Structures do you think that in the Second World War they “Over Bombed” German Cities to erase the old structures? Like in San Francisco? I seriously wonder about any of our mainstream history now it’s so obvious. Thank you 🙏
