The first 5 minutes is a review of the standard definitions but at 5 min begins a pretty good description of how to actually use enablers, but only at the team level.

Hello Saket, here is a real world problem. So, we are developing different features across multiple programs. However to go live we have to change the Operating model of our program in Production. So there are lot of tasks related to this. Therefore, could I call this ‘change in operating model’ as a task associate with the Epic or is it an Enabler please?

It looks like and Infrastructure enabler, following things can help in identifying
      1. Who own this requirement / need, Product Management or System Architect / Technical Owners
      2. Who can define the acceptance criteria and who can accept it, same like 1st one PM or SA
      3. Does end user gets direct value form it or they get it indirectly .
