Everyone seems to believe what Otto is saying is right and is falling for his manipulative tactic which is obvious in what he’s trying to do here which is to manipulate his daughter once more to do what he wants, it’s Otto’s fault for putting her in this position because he comes from being a second son who doesn’t inherit anything and doesn’t want to lose his power now so the only way to ensure his house is through Alicent who is the key point to his ambition and power through her children with the king especially their first born son aegon , he realizes that by rhaenrya the chosen heir who wouldn’t get replaced with the first born son since the king made it very clear who he wanted to succeed him which is his daughter but the men don’t want that since they want alicent’s son aegon to be king because he’s a male but it backfired on Otto who not only pushed for the kings first born child which is rhaenrya over daemon who can see Otto for what he is while the king chooses to be blinded as well by Otto’s manipulation , how can we guarantee that alicent’s children will be killed by rhaenrya who we never have seen her have any ill intentions to kill her siblings or would really be that cruel when she’s all about family cause she raised by her loving mother and the king that family must stand united and plus we have never seen her act forwards her siblings with any evil intent or motives to get rid of them so once again Otto is the realm enemy who sold his daughter off to the king and alicent deserved sm better😢 but she fell for his manipulation once again instead of trusting her friend, I blame the king for this and Otto who literally ruin to young girls who were so close but was broken up by the men patriarchy! Their friendship was already over the moment alicent married the king and had his children!
Yes but you also can’t guarantee that she wouldn’t kill them to ensure her claim bc despite Rhaenyra being all about family she only refers to her half siblings as Alicent’s kids, and she never shows any interest or warmth towards them either. In fact she literally suggested Aemond be tortured for calling her kids bastards.
Even if Rhaenyra doesn’t want to kill them, it’s possible one of her allies will such as Daemon.
