They write the same message over and over again but has different I.D.'s each time. Very annoying! So I looked into it. What they give you is a list to BUY friends/followers and the prices are hefty! I know some people in the Netherlands who buys followers just so the look popular. It is a dishonest practice that I am dead set against!

That comment sounds like a scam. The Whatsapp number might even be a burner phone, who knows. I normally just ignore these comments
