That was a lesson in patience and humility. I would have been quite miffed that she thought she was so important to interrupt you in the middle of your performance. You are on another level my man. Respect!

That went good because Colin knows how to handle this kind of situation. A lot of people are not aware of how a musician has to concentrate on what he is doing. Some even talk to you while you‘re singing. 😅
If you want to really make the best of such a situation as a musician, you make the disturbing person a band member. Ask them to join you, either by playing an instrument, or by singing a tune together. They will either split the moment you ask and leave you alone for the rest of the evening, or they will join you. And most of the time that will be a lot of fun, not just for the musician, but for the audience, too. 😊

There are lots of demos on line showing the GR-20 with standard guitars but very few quality video showing how to use the GR-20 with a guitar with built in synth access. I know that the GR-20 is an older device but I bet there are lots of people like me who have been inspired by your playing and have purchased one (and a Godin Multiac Sa). A video on proper set up, and use of both together would be great :-)

I agree with you , I’ve made some purchases based on some of the equipment Andres uses in his performances , next item will be a looper , haven’t decided on which one to purchase, the 505 or smaller two channel type by Roland l

Hola Andres how about giving us a complete rundown on your gear? The exact brand of your guitar & where to order the equipment, the looping station and whatever else you use in your system.
I am retired and sit at home a lot. I think buying a rig like this and spending my time playing or learning guitar and how to Loop would be something that would take up my time and end the boredom I have in my life. OK my friend, I'll wait, for your input. Excellent performance you are an accomplished musician and a true gentleman in sharing what you do ...gracias

Andres, I've been playing guitar for a long time, and I hope some day I can do a fraction of what you can do. You're a master at what you do. I have a question about this if you don't mind. When you define and record the rhythm at the beginning, how do you get that right? For me, especially, when I'm playing to accompany another singer, it's hard to define the rhythm and record the loop. Once the singer starts singing, then I can feel the rhythm then. What are the tricks that you use to get that right? Thanks.
