When the mask is first created, is there an option to save the mask shape? Since the vehicle is masked and the vehicle shape 'never changes', I am not sure why after each frame I cannot just "move" the mask vs. editing the mask throughout the timeline

Great tutorial! Thank you. I have Pinnacle Studio 26. I want to do a Ball Tracking graphic for Cricket videos that follows the ball and has that graphic which follows the path of the delivery. Not necessarily the high end ai prediction of the complete trajectory (not checking for LBW's) but would be nice to have a 'tracer bullet' kind of image. 😊 Is there a video or can you provide input? Thanks for you assistance. 🙏🏻

Pinnacle Studio 22 seems to have every thing I need after from Premiere. I left Premiere after using it since 1996 Version 4.2 (Remember the White Horse). Well the reason I left is that they removed the HELP file and the Glossary. Now having an affliction at 76 I call CRS (Can't Remember Shit) I need a Quick Reference to JOG my memory. Any one know of a good Memory jogger for Pinnacle Studio 22. Hate to give up Video Editing just because of not being to remember simple tasks that used to be so easy. As you can imagine Learning a New Editor is really frustrating.
Old Dog, I just turned 71. Golden Years eh? Yeah, where is that Son of a Bit--. My goal is to find him & kick his teeth out. As far as frustration, I gave up on....I forgot....Oh! DaVinci Resolve. What a pain in the ass program. Good luck.

2 quick questions 1.) There is a 2 second delay when I press the play button or the space bar in the time line Panel but not in the source window. I applied the FIX.
2.) When I delete or cut a clip it automatically does a ripple delete I want to leave a gap what am I doing wrong?
Hey! Please contact www.pinnaclesys.com/support for your issue with the delay - not to sure what you mean. RE: #2 - you can change the editing mode on the top right of the timeline to remove ripple editing (there by default).
@@PinnacleStudioLife When I clicked this URL (www.pinnaclesys.com/support) and got Vasquesh and this guy could not understand that I wanted to change RIPPLE Delete to DELETE and leave a hole in the time line where the clip was. ... He kept sending info on ripple insertion of TRANSITIONS . What a PUTZ.

I honestly don't think that these features actually work for this program. I have followed the instructions to the "T" and the program is still non-responsive and very laggy. Is there something that I am doing wrong that is not covered in this tutorial?
Hi Jared! Motion tracking is definitely a time consuming feature - different clips react differently to the auto track. Feel free to connect with other users to ask for suggestions in the user forum: forums.pinnaclesys.com/forums/default.aspx

Watch the video closer and you'll see him select the video and then the button becomes available
Why can't I add a local PNG image after setting up tracking?

I've been using Pinnacle Studio for a while and I'm sick of it. This program is a complete piece of shit. It works extremely slowly even though I have high-end PC, it crashes for no reason, it has bizarre audio issues, it desynchronizes video and audio upon export, it crashes during export and none of the features I need work properly. I could not track a fucking white triangle that didn't change shape, was contrasting with the background and stayed in frame all the time. Let alone something more complicated. With every single project I have a dumb problem with Pinnacle and then I have to waste my time trying to fix it. I'm switching to Adobe Premiere because this is driving me insane.
