Your attention to detail is to be greatly admired. Not many people (in my humble opinion) would cover an extractor fan with a beautiful grill instead of being content to see the plastic. I love you two and your dedication to the finer points of decor 💛

The tiles are beautiful and Marc's clever solution for the extractor vent is genius! I also had to chuckle about the shed. I can totally relate as I spent yesterday afternoon cleaning up my own shed spewing situation 😂
Was there anything in the tidy up that you had forgotten about?It was good to hear Mark on the extractor fan as I'm due to update ours.What about a trivet to cover the fan Cheaper and more available😊😊😊Just a thought.
Maybe you need to contact another plumber or 2. I heard you mention several times you have not heard from the plumber. I would reach out to someone else.
We have called so many plumbers over the years we've lived here. This one is one we are in a contract with. They've done two thirds of the job. They now just need to come and finish off. V

I think unmodernising is an even greater challenge. We turned down do many houses that needed unmodernising. Good luck with all your efforts.

Unfortunately in Norfolk the plumbers are all about the money. They add noughts on to quotes in North Norfolk 😱
