I did get teary eyed no joke. They're what inspired me to play guitar and get into metal like them... The core emories I have with them is unfathomable
I know it'd not THEEEE ATR. But sounds so like it but a far heavier modern version. The new members did sich a great job recreating it!
I grew up with KE and never came across All That Remains only when this track was released I actually listened to the band and I'm definitely not disappointed and can say that I also got chills during the chorus it somehow reminded me of the old days especially what KE made me feel when I was a kid with both Jesse and Howard on vocals
The bassist was there guy from the album This Darkened Heart. Great bassist and vocalist.
Such a great song! They did an amazing job of making it sound familiar and nostalgic, but not stale or like you've heard it before.
I met & seen All That Remains when i was 20 in 2013 and the 2nd time i saw them I was 26 and it was 2019 :) Phil pointed me out in the audience that 2nd concert :) I need to listen to more of their music :)
I know there's nothing in the new material that Oli wrote (5.5 years is a long ass time), but man.. do you feel his spirit here.
Jason is a great addition, though necessary.
And their new drummer is a beast.
Nobody really talks about Matt (criminal, guy is a really good bassist) but he's only been a permanent member for 2 years. Versus Jason took over from Oli right after he passed.

This is "Fall Of Ideals' ATR mixed with modern Metalcore. really good. Phil is still one of the best Metal vocalists out there.
