Hi everyone, in this video I teach one of my favourite card tricks to perform. This is a very powerful card trick that will blow your spectators away since it looks like they are making all the decisions themselves! This trick uses a principle in magic called 'magicians choice'. It revolves around the idea that regardless of what pile the spectator points too, you remove or keep that pile depending on if their card is in it.

once you enter and get the email you click the link in the inbox a totally different site shows up saying you to log in when you log in thats it so useless wasting your time with this liar👎👎
Rather than ditching the top card in the middle of the pack after displaying it (which has no explanation, and therefore draws suspicion)... just keep track of the second card you place on the table, which will be the selected card. No need to perform extra moves that are unnecessary and only serve to raise questions.

@@monster762, I appreciate your input, but it was not to invite someone to validate or defend his comment, but just to say maybe he should do a video himself. To many times it's easy for some one to say what someone should have done in stead of saying "Hey great demonstration on the trick" this is why I made comment that I did. But to be fare, if you felt that my comment was offensive then my apologies are extended to you sir. In this game that we play called PRESTIDIGITATION some time there are to many that criticize unjustifiably. That's all I am saying.

Good effect, though spectators could get suspicious when in one instance you discard the selected card(s) and in another you keep them.

So coming from a practitioner of magic, the tutorial is very nice and the voice and music make it just as epic. That being said I do know how the trick was done, however it was very clean and smooth. Awesome job :D Keep it up. Can't wait to see more and see if the tutorials progress into advanced tricks...but that may be going to far. We do still want people reading and learning through that knowledge and practice :)

U control the card on the top and then u do what u want because when the spectator chose for some card the magicien can decide to keep them or can chose to "eliminate them" (or that's how I think u did) my apologies for the grammary faults

Nice idea, but in my opinion there's an extensive use of the "magician's choice" principle, so much so that it can be noticed by the spectator.
Magic is beautiful in so many different ways and styles! And there's one I really like, I'm talking about the old, classy, misterious and quite style. And you my friend know how to really bring this to the videos: the tone of voice, the words, the trick it self, the editing, everything! THANKS 4 THE BEAUTIFUL VIDS! Really unique.

Marlo tilt and magician choice are two controls worth knowing, and I will be able to do this trick thank you for your demonstration and for the people who are more advanced in magic ,we all need to start somewhere and build our confidence and our abilities

I don't want to perform tricks involving the magicians choice.. Feel there is a big risk of getting caught and someone actually confronting you about it. Maybe it'll work on drunks but if someone pays attention you're screwed
If I didnt watch so many card tricks online I wouldnt have known how, but i know that 10S was 2nd from the top and the magician force without looking at the tutorial 😁

without the tutorial first since i like to guess how tricks are done it looks like what he did was give a geniuene random selection then he use the marlo tilt on the top card to put it as the second position, when he shuffles he controls the top few cards since the selection is the 2nd card. Once it is shown that the top card is not the selection he puts it in the middle of the deck so now he has controlled the spetators selection to the bottom, then its just about using magicians choice to eliminate the right cards for the spectator and boom

Hey, awesome videos, have been watching your channel for a while now. I have a question, since most of my friends are trying to be 'the smart one' and figure out the trick by asking too many questions, like "why did you put that pile away, put the other two away" or "let me put the card back in the deck", what's the best way to respond to these kinds of questions or what should I say before the trick to avoid that, but also not letting them know something 'magical' is happening at that exact time? (For instance, if they wanna put the card back into the deck and I don't let them, they will know that exactly at that point I put the card where I need it to be)

You have to take control and be dominant when performing. Look up "how to deal with hecklers" and you are sure to find lots of ways to deal with them!

Ive done A trick Kind of like last year this but when I did the magicians choice my dad said I want to elimanate this pile and his card was in that pile so when i saw the beggininmg I knew how you did it
