    WRONG!!! Powershell is NOT NOT NOT a scripting language. I hate it when people say that! It is a CLI! It can be used to write and run scripts but that is NOT what the maker (Jeffrey Snover) created it for. It is first and foremost a CLI.

    • @directorcia
      @directorcia  8 лет назад +3

      To help the uninitiated calling a scripting language removed the fear of using it. Although technically incorrect it is more about getting people to use it. Try explaining CLI to a newbie!

      Yeah, I know. I just get a little ruffled sometimes and spout off. Great tutorial! I am watching it again. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.

      And now you are stuck explaining the difference between the powershell CLI and the cmd CLI.

    you don't need to import modules ffs

    • @directorcia
      @directorcia  8 лет назад

      depends on what modules and what is already on there. best now to use Power shell 5 and install.

      +Robert Crane for all the modules you used, you never require to impo.
