14:30 gas station skimmers, you can tell it's probably a skimmer because the edges around the card swipe looks all ripped up. If the card reader looks more banged up than regular wear and tear or looks like it doesn't fit the machine properly, go inside to pay and report it. Someone's they'll blatantly modify the existing reader, sometimes they'll put a camera by the pin keyboard and stuff. One of those things where if the gut check is off, don't bite or keep an eye on your bank account

Back when I was a kid (before everyone had accessible internet) we would get scam callers and my dad loved to mess with them by pretending he didn't understand what they were talking about until they got frustrated and hung up. One time someone called about Windows (computer software) and my dad started talking about the actual windows of the house.

"Texas Based Public Agency" I'm laughing my head off. Probably pulled the amount from the Texas Unclaimed Property Site, and then just just sent the same card to every single person they could verify an address for. Every state has an official Unclaimed Property Site. Most are pretty easy to navigate and if you do find something, it will let you know how to claim it.
