Love this recipe! Thanks. I make something similar with Quinoa. I add black beans, corn, bell pepper of choice, red onion, green onion, garlic, jalapeño, Campari tomatoes, cilantro and the juice of a lime! So delicious!! Serve with green onions and sliced avocado on top. It’s so good. Can’t wait to try your recipe. I love everything, but, the garbanzo beans. However, I can eat them with all the other wonderful ingredients! Thanks for another great recipe.

I made this tonight, and it is a perfect summer meal. I basically doubled it for more people. I used sweet onion dressing. I never had couscous, so I went a bit light on that. I also ate it at room temperature because I was hungry and still delicious. I’ll put it in the fridge for a bit so when my son and girlfriend get in later tonight it’ll be a nice refreshing snack. Thanks❤

Hello Adelina. In Spain we eat in summer a cold soup called Gazpacho (is barely a récipe) I make a lot and let in the fridge for several days. Surprisingly here we have had a pretty cold and rainy summer until now. Crazy weather.

I absolutely love and identify with your flexible approach to cooking since I generally consider a recipe an inspiration 😊. Keep it up! It has been mid to high 80s F here in the Western North Carolina mountains for weeks and weeks now with no relief in sight. Also high humidity but minimal rain. Although I am not a fan of air conditioning, I am fortunate to have it and have been using it constantly. It also helps with allergies related to pollen which has also been unusually abundant. I do keep it set on high 70s F and utilize fans because I have no desire to feel cold.

I think I will try this and leave out onions not a fan of raw onions, but everything else looked great. In the Southeast U.S we are in the 90's + and higher which converted is over 32 degrees Celsius. Stay cool and enjoy your summer fare❤

Here in Illinois it was in the 90s last wk, now it's in the 80s and humid from the rain we've been getting. I usually cook in the instant pot and lots of salads. Berries have been coming in full force, so have been snacking on them. Thanks for the easy delicious recipe that can be used to clean out the frig.

Looks delicious, as always. We’re definitely in the hot zone here, on the Tennessee/Georgia border. I’ve nearly died to death a few times from the 96-98 degree days last week. Slightly cooler this week, but more humid, so… 🤷🏻‍♂️
Holiday tomorrow where everyone blows their fingers and hands off, screwing around with store-bought TNT. Maybe the heat will keep some folks inside. There’s an amusement park just a mile of so south of my place and they’ll do a big fireworks show at 10pm and I invited my mom to come over and watch them from the backyard. Trees are missing on the horizon right where they explode and I get a perfect, free, no-crowd show every summer.
As I said in another recent video, when the weather is like this, I eat chilled salad, lots of refrigerated fruits/veggies, chips and salsa/guacamole, cereal, popsicles, juice bars, sandwiches. Anything room temperature or chilled/refrigerated is all I want. I won’t turn on the stove or oven. I don’t even want to put on the air fryer! Cold pasta salads are a favorite. Animal crackers, etc. 😁 Yes, I’m four. Oranges, bananas, peaches and mangos. Wish I had a blender, because alllof that with some white rum would be awesome. Oh, and I like to buy a block of sharp cheddar and cut little slices to put on Townhouse (or Ritz) crackers! I’ve bever had cous cous.

When it's hot outside, I like salads. With lots of veggies and chicken. Just like you put whatever you want on it. You probably have a lot of vegans watch this. But this non vegan really likes to watch you. Right now in Georgia it is 86F but the other day it was 100. But no heat advisory. I will stay inside and read and watch one of my favorite u tubers and maybe clean. Hopefully see you on Sunday.
