Thanks!!! it realy helped me!
Thank you for the video! I am still learning about Ai and find your video very helpful! However, it's not exactly what I'm looking for.
I'm working on a photo book which contains 60 pages. And as you said in the video, it took forever to save so I separate the book into 10 files and each file contains 6 pages. Now I want to combine the files together. Could you give me a suggestion, please?
SewHeidi oh I didn't know I could do that! Thank you so much again! I'll try it :))
thank you, really helpful!
nice such a nice information
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great tutorial!!! Thanks a lot! Do you have any advice/trick for working with big files with multiple artboards? I'm working in a file with 15 artboards (text and images) and its crazy heavy!!! I just can't reduce the file (illustrator beginner) no matter how many tutorials i watch and put on practice. Thanks again!!!!
At that point you want to use a program that’s meant for multi page layouts like InDesign. Illustrator used to not even offer multiple art boards! It’s really a bonus feature that can only be pushed so far 🙃
@@SewHeidi ohhhh, geat tip!!, will look into indesign then! thanks a million!!!
Thank you!!
i am new to artboards or illustrator but I am using Coreldraw for a decade already. Having a hard time migrating to Illustrator. One thing that I can't appreciate in artboards or maybe I don't know how to use it well, is that what if am using a hundred artboards. each artboard is separate artwork but what if I accidentally move some elements to other artboards. I would be crazy to trace it back since it has a tendency to overlap. In Coreldraw there are pages. You cannot simply drag or accidentally transfer other element because each page is locked, unless you are going to copy/paste the elements to other page. I don't know how to explain it well. pls help
thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanx
thanks body
can you merge artboards?
Great question! You cannot - that I know of - you could resize one of them to include everything you want and then delete the other though!
I have a necessary 100 artboard template I constantly use. Imagine THAT save time. I need 32GB RAM lol
How to duplicate multiple artboard? *Not one by one. Because I wanna work in the same file with different artboard
-"dont abuse art boards"
very useful ... cheers!
