I did my first 15 minutes of tunnel a week ago and this week i wil do 10 minutes. I wanna thank you for the videos that you make, they really help me with my progression and realizing my mistakes. Do you have any tips for unstable belly flight? I was very unstable and i think that it is because of my legs being too far apart.
Hey Emilian! Thanks for the love and I'm glad my videos are helping! Now, being unstable on your belly is often the result of a lack of arch (at the hips) or too much movement (legs and arms are flapping all over the place). I recommend watching the first part my video "Belly flight fundamental"! Wish you great success in the wind brother!
