I really like your approach to this build. It’s seems you’re taking the time to really get the car in good shape and address all the cars flaws. It’s going to make you way more successful in the long run.
Oh poly bushings will ride like crap but will handle far far better, buddy! Love it seeing your practical working on your own stuff bc I have never been to a auto shop since I was a teenager driving a 81 Nissan 310GX
Nice work, so lucky to have the use of the lift, imagine changing these on ya driveway with jacks and stands and dropping the subframe. You know it will be solid for drifting now :-)
@@Gabby_Downing Hey Gabby do you know what press kit you used? I have to do the same to my car. The tools you used made this task seem straightforward. I can use fire to remove them, but I want to replace with OEM bushings instead of poly so I need a tool of some kind to press the OEM bushings back in place.
Nah i havent got it fixed yet, needs to be refabricated but i have done the subframe overhaul, sandblast, paint wisefab upper and lower adjustable control arms with revshift bushes

I know! I’m so lucky and very thankful to be able to use the lifts here and all the tools. 🥰
We are doing the same with our E46 this weekend (reinforcements, bushings, welding the diff, adjustable camber arms, and coilovers).
Did you felt some cracking from rear subframe while driving? Was one of bushings totaly destroyed, can't see in video?
How many hours of labour did the bushings take to do? Need to get mine done soon but have no idea how much the labour cost would be to get it done
Love all the clicking sounds 🤣🤣
Noiceeee, love seeing the upgrades, we gonna be sliding soon🤙🤙🤙
Yissss can’t wait!
Hey. So has the Noise, vibration, harshness increased with a fully solid bushed rear??
Followed you on IG for a while (im a friend of Devin 😁) dig the e46 for sure! Excited for what’s next! Keep it up!
Ayyeeee IG fam! Thank you! I love my e46. It’s gonna be a drift missile!
Love it!!!
Thank you!!
This is giving me PTSD from when I installed all the condor bushing on my e30’s rear subframe/diff/RTA’s in my garage with just a floor jack.
Oh goodness 😥 that sounds horrendous!
Yes great work and i spot an r32 owned one and a stagea .
Using that bushing press kit looked so tiring. =]
It wasnt that bad! :) getting it back in was more difficult

Let ya know in a bit, when iv'e watched it ;-)
I went to do this to my e36 only to find out that 2 of the mounting points for the subframe had been entirely torn away fron the body
oh damn!!! :( i hope you got it fixed! I got super lucky and didnt have any cracks or tears in my subframe

@@medi-growaustralia2913 so much goodies already done! I hope you get the e36 up and running!
Why not just take off the calipers and leave them connected so you don't have to drain the fluid and rebleed everything
Is this even possible to do without a lift lol. Lordy.
Ok Chris fix, where are ya now?
hahahah right?! :D
...3 days later😬😁
Shhhhhhhh
