Yes, we will likely now see an influx of the 2.5inch cinewhoops. It seems prop protection based quads are really popular. We see them being iterated so much more than those without prop protection.
@@NickBurnsFPV I wonder if the Avata might have started the popularity? Being Team HDZero here, with our new DJI sized VTX, NO HDZero complaints here from all this new tech coming out ^_^ . Hey Nick. Hope you and the family are well.have a question thats a bit off topic but hope you can help. Saw your video on the caddx ant vs baby ratel and was blown away by how good the ratel looks. In your opinion has there been another camera since that video was published that has better picture quality than the ratel that we can use on a micro? Thanks again Love the videos.
No for analog the ratel nano is the best or right near the foxeer toothless nano 2. I often only run those cameras on quads that run 2s or larger batteries as there is a weight different compared to the 1.5gram runcam nano 3 or the caddx ant
Nick, great review (as usual). I’m new to the cinewhoops and was wondering how this particular drone would do hovering in tight spaces, like attics, small hallways, closets, etc. and its hovering abilities (and if the hovering featuring could be improved via tune). Thanks again for another great review!
Very unusual question. I am not sure how to answer. FPV drones/quads on my channel aren't really made to hover in space, that is more a camera drone things like the dji phantom and mavic with their GPS and position hold, but that doesn't work well inside. With all that, I think the hovering and being in tight spaces is at least as much pilot skill as anything else with fpv drones. Hyper dialed in tune might help the hovering to some degree, but I suspect it to be a small impact. If the space is so tight that the hover is in the prop wash(within a foot or two of the lower surface) the hover aspect will be even more challenging
Thanks for the prompt reply. I know it was kind of a strange question. Keep up the good work with your channel. I check it every couple of days and admire your knowledge and skills!

Hi @Nick, I know you're a smaller-quads-person, but since you've reviewed the Pavo25 and CineApe, might you do their bigger brothers as well? Sorry for the out-of-scope request, I just prefer your review style quite a bit :]
I have done a few of the 3inchers and 3.5inchers. I don't have any of those sizes on hand at this time. I don't suspect I will be reviewing them in the short run. Its winter here now, have to pick and choose what I will be flying as the time to fly is very limited.
Fair enough, @@NickBurnsFPV ... still thank you for all the reviews that you do do and I hope you'll get through the winter well, with as much time spent in natural daylight as possible!
If your building with an O3 there isn't enough space for anything other than an 25x25 AIO. If your building an analog version there might be space for 20x20 flight stack, but it would be secured to the small bottom plate rather than the top main cf plate.
RTF mostly refers to a kit, ready to fly, this is a BNF or bind and fly, meaning we have to have our own radio, goggles and battery charger...and we must bind and setup to the radio.
I wanted to buy it but at the moment it’s just the version without the goggles, I already have the Cetus pro my question is can i connect the drone with my goggles from the Cetus??
yes, the cetus goggles will work with the analog version of this and any other analog fpv quad. Those goggles will not connect to any of the HD video systems.

@@sgtechiedad Correct they don't sell the drone with an O3, my understanding is DJI won't honor any warranty if the O3 is sold with a non DJI drone. The installation isn't has easy as the pavo pico, as the pico has the O3 on top of the drone and with the pavo25 the O3 is more in the center, so the installation is up through the bottom plate and we have to route the antenna and camera between the top carbon plate and the prop protection.
