Thank you so very much for this video and all the others you have made explaining what's actually going on in the body as the root cause of sleep apnea so that people suffering from it can understand and fix it naturally. My 8 year old grandson began suffering from it and it was getting so bad that he would start swinging his arms around while sleeping to wake himself up to breathe. We put him on a clean keto diet that has improved it greatly improved his sleep. I am so greatful to find ur videos and now know specifically how to go about getting the right nutrition into him to fix it. He has epilepsy and has been taken off of one of his meds and reduced dosage of another one, so it has been impossible to get his docs to even test nutrition levels and see what he has deficiencies in, which in my opinion was all of the essential vitamins and minerals as he was eating a very heavy diet of processed foods and sugar.

Thanks for the great presentation. I really like the flow charts showing the biochemistry links.
In the meantime, I'll get my tongue pierced and attach a blunt hook to a mouthpiece to pull it forward.
I can avoid all the CPAP, implants and surgery nonsense this way.

The best way to cook liver so it tastes good is to cook it quickly. I don't remember exactly but we used to coat liver with flour and probably put a little butter in the pan and sear the liver on both sides. When you overcook it it becomes very tough, so quick is the trick! I personally like liver a lot but I haven't had in a while. Adding onions gives it good flavor.

Onions are very tasty but cause acid reflux and aggravate my OSA.

to cook liver so its tasty, add onions and mixed herbs..fry then towards the end add a knob of butter...this is so when you save the onions but scrape the liver directly into the bin it doesn't stick to the pan :D

excellent - great presenter. craxcked me up with your derisive comments :D particularly liked "future Dylan remember to add that button" :D no it was very interesting but you never REEEAAALLY said take this B1 supplement /dont take it....not you're right you never did quite make it to the point but I watched it twice I thought
it was excellent. Being a veggie, that "gross stuff" you mention is my only choice :D ... and now macadamia nuts...new info thank you

Benfotiamine helped me reduce my # of apneas, but weight loss helped the most. I can't take a B Complex supp. because I had B6 poisoning from taking one which resulted in permanent neuropathy. Thanks for mentioning the foods that have all the B vits. in them. I've been taking just the benfoitamine and a B12 sublingual lozenge, and I know that is not a good idea w/o taking a B Complex as well. I hope foods with a lot of B6, like pork, will be safer than supplements.

You missed the whole synthetic vs natural b vitamins and the methylation topic….and to get tested, as you would just be wasting time and $$$$ if you’re buying synthetic and you have a methylation issue. Plus, you didn’t mention eating nutritional yeast to get your b vitamins. I was skeptical trying it, but actually taste good….especially on Chinese food and steamed veggies. Redo the video and I’ll watch again

Dr. , all your info is very important & helpful. Beware that lots of science about meds, supplements isn't reliable or false. In general, Vitamins as Bs need to be consumed together with co- factors as other Bs, etc. as they are in natural forms. Nutritional yeast are overrated & don't have all needed cofactors and synthetic Bs are added to it. Would not use yeasts as other comment mentioned.
