Dr. Fauci contradicts himself 4/12/20 about wanting shutdowns in Feb, blaming Trump now for deaths.

Dr. Fauci went on State of the Union on CNN today with Jake Trapper saying he got pushback in February wanting to shut things down at that time. Here is video of him saying in February he didn't even want travel restrictions at that time because they would do no good. At the end of February he didn't believe we were at the point of shutdowns. Yet now he is blaming President Trump (implied) for not shutting down in February and blaming him for people dying.

He said that restrictions would slow down the pandemic process, it would mitigate the impact of the outbreak. He said it is not absolutely necessary (because the outbreak was already on American soil). IN other word, he stated, correctly, that travel restrictions would be useful, but not THE solution, in that sense, it wasn't necessary, he was replying to the idea that travel restrictions would solve the problem. It wouldn't.
